how about just make us all have predator vision ?

well some of the ideas are puzzling me at moment especially on medical side of it and after seeing rockets latest twitter saying he wants it even more complicated it does make me wonder is he complicating things too much for the sake of no end game? see its like you doing extra work for the sake of it in game . it doesnt want making so its that much of a chore that you cant be bothered to even survive because of how medical system is set up. if im honest i prefer straight forward simple ideas that are, fast ,smooth in transition and dont cause stress to the player or annoy. the previous blood bag system worked quite well. it wasnt too time consuming and it wasnt trying to be too fancy for the sake of the problem. sometimes what seems like a great idea on paper doesnt translate to great ingame or great gameplay. while it does mean more work for the invidual and give more things for that person to do and acheive, it just seems like a step too far. a more simplier idea of similar to how it was . what are you thoughts honestly? do you think we need to be qualified doctors or spend as much time knowing and searching for blood ? would you rather just get on with playing and have a simplier system? do you think it adds to the game? what im getting at and this may apply to other areas is with the lack of end game. which is dayz weakest point. is complicating routine tasks like eating and medical and other tasks just a way of trying to mask over the low end game play? do we need to make everything 5 or 6 things combined operations to mask over simple working ideas that can be done in one ? any thoughts on this matter? is dayz trying to go one step to far on over complicating simple objectives.

doesnt stop any killing ! anyone i see ill try and kill unless the way the none fluid weapon swops lets them get away. only reason not as many kills yet is people arent finding guns as quick yet . thing is once people find weapons they still kill or attack everyone . its just a time delay to kos because of less weps. so no problem has been solved just a visit from death is longer.

i can survive its not hard . im on about adding more than needed to get to the same place. its like adding 10 things to complete 1 objective when 1 things can complete the same. is it worth it. numbskulls who reply play bf or cod clearly are from lower iq brackets and should check there velcro shoes to see if there laces are tied :rolleyes: its nothing to do with lone wolfing its about a medical system and how to make it work and interesting without being so tedious youd rather just die !

skyrim type skill learnings rope tying or whatever thing is to do that you need to add alot to the game to make it worth levelling up the skill. thing is once you start levelling you also are adding a kind of grinding so it has to be balanced well. which is hard. the end game is dayz weakest point. once youve got all you can get then what do you do ? do you die just to start a fresh this kinda makes surviving in the first place pointless. some type of cooperations or missions could work but rewards and " something " needs to be rewarded or something from doing the missions which makes it worth doing. something that invloves all on server would make a big difference. maybe a big horde is attacking certain areas and need stopping. if you help out detroying them you get whatever bounty for doing so. one eg. maybe one bandit is singled out for capture with a big reward bigger if brought in alive. this could bring all kinds of fun into play.

so the only people who can post bugs is with mantis (for testers ) this needs a section itsself. ive found so many in last few days.

it was at 22.28pm i have a screenshot of the people on the server there was only 10 on so it was someone of the 10 in my screenshot.

im enjoying the game upto yet only a few real niggles and one of those was fixed straight away crosshair big circle. the others are textures in walls on certain buildings are still gltichable, unconcious,and the thrist and hunger is all wrong ! yesterday i ran with my mate about 5000m no word of a lie i ate and drank about 30 times ! :P no man or animal on this planet needs to drink or eat as much regardless of what you carrying or running. infact i used to do alot of running long distances and have trained with large marine packs full doing ten mile runs and i never drunk or ate once during runs ! after yes not during. so this defintely needs tweaking. you might eat a pasta or something and similar for races but we talking about a apocolyptic type avg day not breaking records and food and drink are scarce. so you wouldnt consume as much as you do. some kind of end game needs adding also wasnt there supposed to be a big prison ? have i missed this ? :o few more random rifles and pistols need adding at moment not enough are ingame.

seen two guys teleport to kill my mate yesterday i was videoing but you cant see there names. basically i was stuck in a bug under a wall and they teleported as soon as i joined to my previous location on where i spawned they know i was under the building even though i couldnt be seen so some kind of multihack with wall hack was being used. when my mate spawned in they teleported to him and shot him instantly.

yep they are ! :lol: ive been one shotted 4 times on run single bullet and just black screen instantly your dead. thats with pistols and rifles on run :lol: in the mod (yes i know this isnt the mod :D ) you could atleast take a few pistol shots and rifle shots to the body and one head shot but at moment aslong as you hit someone they dead with gun. this makes melee pointless as you hae no chance as your instadead. previously in mod you have a chance and with how rare guns are they do need to be balanced. any news on if guns will be balanced soon damage wise? thanks.

well i went in the flats just above churno and i was hit by a zombie who knocked me through a unenterable room which i then dropped underneath those flats . you cant get out of those flats and because you cant respawn unless injured you are basically stuck in there which will be a long while. in end i kept leaning and got a zombie to hit through the texture at me so i did blled and waited to bleed out then respawned . so basically lost all gear do to zombie hitting me to this area. so textures of those walls need making solid. also on stairs i jumped sideways and jumped through a wall into another building.

would be nice to do a window bounce like in cod games or quake engine games :lol:

the car saves me dont hit the car youll die. ;)

not about karma its about a game mechanic which has gone from one scale to the other end in one jump. you dont do that you move it a bit then try then move again. running round a corner then black screen your dead isnt the answer. specially from a pistol on te run with helmut on and from 200 yards away unless you robocop. that has happened 4 times in a row from one bullet.

you still need proof new or old for monetization.

what one man can do so can another. so there will always be hacks regardless.

you need to contact the dev team and get permission. if they give you permission to use the content then you can monetize it.

probably missing donations already :lol:

funny thing is you supposed to run servers for the commuinties who play the game not for your own benefits i did it with groups for many many years not for profit or so i could have great load outs every spawn. how times have changed nobody wants to earn or do anything that takes time or effort :(

and so it begins.... the very admins who want extra god powers for paying for server to exploit the game ! rocket keep it basics and give admins the basics nothing that can unbalance gameplay no matter how hard they whine ! its actually fun at the moment knowing you cant be abused by admin and just trying to survive like we were suppose to do.
