    Hello, I am Endo an Admin from a US server. I've never had any issues with our server until recently. We were a Veteran server until about 3 days ago. Now everything is enabled and is unable to be turned off, we have tried multiple times turning on and off name tags, crosshairs etc.... and none seem to work. When we made a ticket asking them for help because it Isn't working we got this as a response "Its not our problem to fix, its the servers owner". I understand this as I'm sure the server providers are busy, but this is a legitimate problem. We have lost a following from a lot of good players due to this issue (dying from name tags is not fun). I'm just wondering why this would happen to begin with? and why they would not want to help us fix it?, as we are about ready to change server providers due to the fact we are paying to play on a veteran server not recruit. We have tried everything besides asking the forums so that's what I'm doing now. Any suggestions or ideas on how we could fix this?, or maybe someone from the DayZ could actually give me an idea of what we can do or help us out. I will not give out the Server providers name because the last thing I want to do is accuse anybody of anything. We have tried multiple tickets and we are pretty much at the point of giving up.
