i think the worst is when people will backstab you. Luckily i play in a group though. Why i shoot at people with cars is the simple reason they WILL kill you!

I have not yet killed a survivor, but have been shot twice. I found 1 player with gun, who did not kill me. 5 min later 2 people turned up and all hell was let loose in a medical tent with 3 shotguns. I would prefer people to be more freindly and not always shoot on sight. Unless your in a vehicle i wont shoot. But that mindset is slowly changing.
