Here's a tip related to your above post. "Q" while driving is about 20% of the throttle. So to break it down. Shift + W... full speed. W...Normal Speed. Q.....quarter speed. P.S. your buddy asked in the video about how to adjust his in game sound while keeping his VOIP sound. When driving turn "Effects" down to half thats all outside noise, guns/engines/planes/birds. Leave Voip and the rest maxed or set to your pref.

Pretty sure me and my friends found a clans camp. Well over 20 tents. Hidden real good too. We just got lucky but it was nuts. Some of the tents had tents on tents so like 3 all on top of each other. It was near a pond and in a hedge-row Crazy hoarders. We looted what we wanted and left the rest which wasn't much. Guessing they all became infected.. P.S. you will find player tents above the Stary military tents. Normaly the snipers will drop loot in them and sit a ways back and enjoy the fresh noobs who are greedy.

Was driving to friends house down a country road "alot like Cherno" and what do my eye's see "OMFG TIRE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD I COULD USE THAT!!!". Swear to god alot most pulled over till it hit me. You play way to much Dayz bro. Then I almost pulled over for laughing at myself so hard. Note: This was the morning after playing Dayz trying to get a tire for a car and it took like 3hours to find one.

Q: Once the game is officially released with there be hacking problems like this. Do Arma II servers have problems like this? Is this going to be a problem in the future? A: Well yes and no. Ive been here since Operation Flashpoint. I also have 3k hours in Arma2. So as to hackers normaly you would see one a week at best in normal Arma2 servers. But on Dayz I see at least 2-5 a night. So to sum it up once they finish beta there will be alot less hackers. It's all due to battleye not being able to keep up with updates. It is alot to ask I mean almost 1 server side update a day leaves ALOT of holes. Dont forget Admins have no control over servers at the moment so that is also a big part of the problem. "They will have control once stand alone hits shelfs." Oh and they are not hackers they are "script kiddys" as we call em. Doesnt take any hacking skill to run a script ie. mod I mean you got Dayz to work well, script hacking is easyer "<--not a word I know". Just wait out for the Stand alone or deal with it. I understand where your coming from if I had bought AO just for Dayz and then didn't know what normal Arma was like. I would have quit Dayz long ago due to hackers and all the BS. SEATTLE!!!!!!!!!! Take your TOH map and make the buildings enterable!!!!! Only cause my house is on the map of course.....Well that and Seattle is probley your best bet for a world with a large major city with larger forests and large rural areas. Pluse a huge harbor and airfield. Not sure what more you could ask for? That and we have all seasons. Truly I dont know why you wouldn't do Seattle its the New New York but trendy..... <----being funny. P.S. Looks like it has at least one thing every poster has asked for so far...Try beating that.

HAHAHA thats a Zed in Arma2AO's Czech military uniform. Thats the mod pulling the wrong character model from the list. Guessing the new patch is your "Hacker". How can I tell Zeds spawn on those sheds and there is no way to get on top otherwise.

In game menu for me and my 6 buddys. May I ask what part of the country you host this from? I had good ping and im looking for a server where an admin is present at times. That and we want a stable server to place tents and start a real camp.

Blah Blah Blah Blah the day I spawn in at 00,99,00,99 or the ocean or Stary or Degub and I can't click respawn like the 20 times in the past. Yeah im done. Id rather be kicked in the nuts than have to run 2hrs to make it to the edge of the player map. Granted thats if I even have a map and compas when I log in and the clowns who say just use the online maps...you might as well be scripting/hacking....If you cant see my point then theres no hope for any of us. Its not OP turn your graphics down to low. Go to Player Profile in your documents and turn off trees. You know have Perma NV/Thermal while on a green tundra. Welcome to DayZ.... Battleye was and has never been worth the money BIS contracts it out for. Who ever came up with that idea needs to be fired. Granted not till DayZ has BIS ever made this much fast cash so being a poor company is the problem. Now that they are making bank im sure they will find a new contract and MABEY EVEN ONE DAY Arma will have GOOD sounds..I mean good too cause at the moment they are terrible at best but thats a /rant for another thread.

I have ran into at least 20 hackers in two months...The ones that mass kill a server and the sort. Personaly I say keep it up. I'm about to do the same its so bad now. Its crazy to read that while some have never dealt with a hacker. I some how run into them all the time. FYI been around since orignal Flashpoint so yes I know script kiddy when I see one. $hit if you have a server you play on more than others I would like to play there so send me a PM. Dont have to have your in game name I'd just be glad to know that somewhere in the deep void of DayZ someone is trying...Thanks to Rockett server Admins have no other option..So what if admins abuse rights ie. kick PK'r what ever, ITS A GAME AND IN BETA. More than enough servers for all playing styles... It should be in game...Hes missing a bunch of good guns that are not over powerd and would fit the world...I mean we are in a Czech "state/province/world/etc" why are there so many m14,m4's.....Thats far fetched alone. Either all AK's and CZ's and a couple multi million production weapons ie. Lee-En. I mean 1866 Rems???? Ive shot thousands of rounds myself along with others and ive only seen one REPLICA in my life...Long rant short more guns just dont add the MK16/17 and M8 and the game would be alot better...

Cause the Lee-Enfield is the bomb!!! Ill take it over most Med-weapons. Im not pro with it but a 500-600m shot with practice in the editor can be easly done. $hit if you guys have ever played other ARMA mods "wont name drop of course" theres one thats multi-PVP and people who play insurgents 100% of time can get real good with it. I have personaly been shot with one over 800m, didnt kill me but it put me on my back. I used to think it was B-S irons and all but after watching someone doing the same thing with a Mosin-Nagant IRL yeah gents that Lee is good to 1000m. I want them back pluse MORE like other camo you can find. Becuase even though it has screwed me since they removed it "ie. trusted the wrong person". It truly adds that can I trust this guy factor. I LOVE THAT. That and we all know just trying to get out of cherno or elektro will snag you 3-5 murders at the gate which should have been bandits but they havent killed anyone yet. Player skin flags are carebear thats why everyone has a love hate with Czech Spec. Camo. Its awesome looking blends great in the fields but no wants something that says "shoot me" when they didn't more/less deserve it. Side note more camo/reg-skins would make it easyer to tell your friends from foe cause of late my group at least once a night has a "wait is this you? BLAM" moment and its starting to piss me off...reminds me of WOW like 5years ago when i played EVERYONE looked the same....hate that alot. P.S. I want the cop/police out fit. Like everyone else said get some practice in the editor or anywhere! Otherwise leave them on the ground they are a death trap. Luckly im pretty good everyone in my group gives them to me. If they cant put it in there back pack they wont even pick it up. I understand why practice makes perfect. 3000hrs playtime in ARMA2 alone and ive been playing ARMA since FlashPoint. Even though I have yet to do it in DayZ, I promise you one day soon ill end up killing myself or everyone with me. $hit happens to the best of us & scroll wheel when panicing=pulling out flares or smokes for a pistol, one day ill be a nade". I have been in the same situation once before and believe it or not it worked for both partys in the end. I was policing Elektro "Yes I run around with a group arresting and detaining people in the cafe' and stripping people of weapons and sending them on there way". Cafe' is Elektro Police Dept H.Q. Well like you, the patrols were over everyone passed out but me. Decided to move from HQ to the hospital for some last minute meds sups. Well of course stepped outside to a DMR round threw my leg. After rolling like a mad man and crawling to the hospital I morphed up and still had about 5k blood. With my blood pack in hand I headed to the Elektro docks. Climbed the round 40' high fuel tank on the main dock "L shaped one". Sat there with my binos for about 30mins and there he was my savings grace "noob +flashlight". I climb down & run up to him and do the normal run down of the EPD. "1-On the ground,2-face away from me,3- dont move an inch,4-would be strip of weapons but he was clean. BTW at that point of the night he could have had an MK48MG and would have tried so my step 5 became step 4-question time "you got friends close?". He stayed calm and couldn't hear back chatter from his buddys over the direct channel. So I detain him and lead him to the coast line outa sight of the "bandit hills". Dropped my blood bag told him he was GOING to give me a transfuse. Once he finished I asked if he needed one "of course hes down to 2k blood himself!!" I transfuse him put a can of bean & soda on the ground. Said thank you sir for your time. Let him go into the sunset "which was falling by this point" and I made it back to the precinct alive full health and one town in this hell of a world safe from banditry "well till i logged of course ; )' ." ~RyBo~ ~Elektro Police Dept.~ ~Sheriff~

Ok, after watching your video I could be wrong but a quick tip to make your kills smoother if you didn't know. Most players know holding down the right mouse button zooms in the AS50's scope along with a few other ARMA rifles. Well funny enough your right mouse button holds your breath also, its double mapped default**. I for one hate that. Re-map hold breath key to something else. Mines left-shift cause you cant sprint and have your eye to the scope. Now if you do as I do and it turns the button red in the Key bindings screen in CONTROLS its ok it will still work just ARMA's way of saying its double mapped. I could be wrong but i noticed the last shot you took you didnt hold breath "figured you still have it double mapped with zoom in".
