    Oh the hypocrisy. If you can provide proof (assuming OP will provide his in-game name) that he was banned for a legitimate cause, than I trust your server. Otherwise, I'd be looking at getting some new admins. Also - Don't come on here getting all upset and telling people to treat you better. It's not going to end well and you end up looking like an idiot.

    Possibly open a support ticket up on www.support.dayz.com? Looks like your best option at the moment. Maybe browse a little deeper on the forums. Not just here, but elsewhere. I'm sure there's a simple solution :)

    I wish I could help, but honestly I'm not completely sure on what to look out for either. I've had the same problem with hackers but I just wrote script restriction codes etc. I'm not 100% sure what to look out for in the logs though. Sorry :/

    Rather reinstall the files. I've had this problem before however it was ages ago and I can't remember how to fix it :/

    Food (Beans etc.) give you like 80 health or something insignificant. If you kill an animal, skin it, take the meat, start a fire (you need matches and a hatchet/pile of wood if you don't have a hatchet to make a fire) then you cook your meat and eat it. It'll give you 800 health per meat.

    It's a PRIVATE HIVE - as you stated. There is nothing you can do other than look for another server. Sorry :/

    You only spawn with weapons on SOME private hive servers which decided that it was a good idea. I'm not sure if you know this or not? Otherwise, it depends what mood I am in. I like spawning with a full kit on the Deathmatch servers. But otherwise I would prefer to spawn with nothing.

    Make/get a script restriction code and add it to your server. If you can't find one or don't know how to make one, try and talk to some Private Hive admins (side chat) And see if they can help you out

    I do not need to throw in a "Why". It it quite obvious why, and people have already mentioned previously to my post as to why it will not work. I don't think you understand how the BattlEye system works and why it being disabled would cause more problems that it would fix.
