    To be honest I don't really think it matters. So many countries have so many different landscapes and environment that it's difficult to choose. However if we're talking environment's here, I'd love a rainforest environment. And I know there's lingor but that isn't very dense forrest :P Although on that note, the arma engine isn't really the best for flora visuals :P

    Contact the server admin. It's just a hive ban, don't stress it. Probably just a mistake (unless of course you were actually hacking)

    Tell us how it goes. I'm out at a wedding at the moment (you can see my devotion to DayZ ;) ) so when I get home I'll reply with how to fix it if that doesn't work. I'd say your profile simply isn't communicating with the Hive properly.

    Yes. You are meant to respawn at another location with full health and no gear. This could possibly be a save/load error. Try reinstalling DayZ

    Agreed. Don't think this would work out too well. If you want this type of server - You're better off getting your own and running it how you want, but don't expect it to be too popular :/

    If you wanted an official Hive server, you could buy a dedi and then send in your Instance ticket then you could run your dedi off the private hive. It takes them about 3 days to reply to the support ticket and whitelist your server, but this is the best way to do it if there are no available ones on hosting websites.

    If the OP likes that style of game, then you won't be able to change his mind :P Not at bad idea for those who like it, but if it's that much of a problem, making your own server is probably your only option at the moment :/

    You must be getting target for some reason? Maybe change your server name or something. I'm not sure. And I'm sorry for what's happening :/ I'd hate to be in your situation. Paying good money to help the community out to have it destroyed by some looser :(

    I guess. I don't know. it could get very confusing. Not a bad idea for those who really are hardcore gamer's on DayZ :P The only problem with an admin actually creating this sort of server is that he'd probably want it to be up all the time so he can get as many people on it as possible etc.

    Everyone seems to have that problem. Personally I don't get it. If it's rare gear and you don't want to lose it, why don't you want to lose it? Because it's effective and fun to use? Well If you aren't using it then you shouldn't be worried about losing it :P I don't know, I can see where you're coming from but personally I don't get why everyone has this fear. But otherwise, you could always just stack up on gear, then join another private hive and stack up on gear there too :D

    You must understand that some people aren't in the same timezone as you?,.. It would be very, very inconvenient for a lot of players.

    Oh the noobs, The amount of times I see this stuff appear in Ban Appeals is beyond me. The threads get a life time of about 3 minutes, then Smasht is onto them ;) Like & faved. I lolled.

    Yes indeed. I think it would be great, personally. You could keep track of everything you've posted previously too. Maybe even some sort of linked forum with both SA and mod areas. And if you didn't like the idea of keeping the same account you could just as easily create a new one. I really do hope this gets looked into :)

    I have no idea. If I was at home I'd check. I haven't played on your server, I was just letting the OP know that there was already a thread about this :P Hopefully you guys can work it out. Possibly create a script for a mass-ban script restriction. Possibly your best option to prevent this from happening again.
