you only died because your teammate wasn't calling out his position properly pro-tip: your entire group of players should call out where they are and where they are going at all times so you don't hesitate to shoot enemies thinking you might be seeing your friend

I wish that would happen to me while I was armed with an automatic weapon, I would resolve the situation very quickly...
