Weapon cleaning kit should be a toolbelt item, maybe need to refill weapon oil after a few uses. Being in the rain would slowly make your weapon rusty.

The weapon shouldn't degrade in players lifetime. However, now we find weapons, say in an outhouse, and who knows how long they have been laying there. So when we pickup guns, they should have the possibility to be in bad shape. Cleaning kit would be for this. Also weapon jaming can happen to any weapon. This would give cleaning kits some more use.

Yes they do work as well as any skin atm. I've been wearing my ghillie for 2 weeks now. Any skin can get you bugged on rare occasions though. But this can happen when you have a hero/bandit skin also, so might as well use ghilie/camo.

Nope, you select the gender EACH time you spawn. Remember that in the mod you cannot wear ghillie or camo skins when using female character. This should be fixed in the standalone.
