anyone know of a good server that isnt likely to go down that me and my friends can base on? a lot of the servers in the past month have crashed and we have lost all our stuff. thanks

Addressing all the butthurt pricks out there that are saying it's going to be better than dayz. It has been confirmed multiple times by the game devs that you will be able to purchase "gold coins" - the most valuable currency in the game - with real money. You will be able to use "gold coins" to buy weapons, ammo, food, water, armour, and the like. This will give you an unfair advantage, obviously. Hammerpoint realizes there is more money in pay to win games than subscriptions or one payment games. It won't be hackers, it'll be kids running around with the best armour and weapons around that they bought with their mommy's credit card, and it will be worse, because there is no permadeath. dayZ will be better.

this is coming in a future update as already stated by rocket, should be around 2.0
