I had a bit different situation, found a bunch of tents with lots of gear, after taking all of the needed gear, I dc'd and went to eat, after coming back, I logged in, all of the tents had the gear 'reseted' and I still had mine.

LU7, I had a ghillie suit and my friend had civillian clothing and a coyote backpack, we were check the hangars and headed to the air control tower, someone fired a shot. We were up the control tower and you started firing at us, obviously we went down and booked it to the closest village. If you see this I only have one thing to say, you suck at sniping.

I like them, they should just be another kind of clothing.

Get a gear, if you can't find any firearms, find a hatchet, box of matches, compass, most likely a map and a hunting knife.

Set it up in the woods, far from the coast so snipers won't detect you. Don't stay at the place for too much, switch positions after 5-10 minutes.
