Enter a building, they're only able to run if you're really close to them inside of it, then just run away.

The thing is, this one actually shows the random killing/sniping part, whilst the one on the main page shows a failed robbery.

Yep, they removed fresh heli spawns, though there are still crash sites.

I'd use that, also those boxes that usually spawn in hospitals.

NVG's spawn in hangars, I was lucky enough to find a few tents and they had ghillie's. Saw plenty of vehicles. -
