The an-2 from arma 2 can takeoff and land in almost any field in chernarus.

The poll is biased. Heroes bulletproof vests only protect them from pistol rounds, which makes sense if they want some protection from the noobs they want to help. If you're going around murdering people with a 9mm, you're simply doing it wrong. A good rifle would fuck up any heroes day every day of the week. Also, camo clothes offer even more protection from bullets, you can go grab those if you're feeling insecure.

I agree this should be in the game only because of how awkwardly hilarious it would be to run into some spooning survivors in the woods at night.

You should be able to knock people unconscious by whacking them with the butt of your rifle. I would love to sneak up on some snipers, give em a whacking and then load their unconscious bodies into my truck and head for the hills. ALSO, on a COMPLETELY UNRELATED NOTE, you should be able to light people on fire.

I love this plane! It can take off and land almost anywhere! It can take a beating too, I accidently parked it on top of a tree on the beach and still managed to take off again.

I've been playing mainly at night for the past few months, even without night vision goggles it is a lot nicer than the daytime as zombies hardly ever see you. I find around 3-4am is when it starts getting bright enough to see comfortably but still dark enough to avoid zombie encounters. Night time is the best time, nvg or no.

you gotta run the game without the mod enabled to properly join an arma 2 server, otherwise you spawn as a bird.

The game is about realism, last I checked you could make signs in real life.

I think it would be neat if there was an item that allowed you to place a readable sign. Just something simple where you could type in the message you want to leave on the sign which would be read/edited by other players using the scroll wheel menu. Maybe make it so other players could add text to the sign but not erase it. It shouldn't be permanent either, other players should be allowed to remove it with a toolkit or something. Survivors could use them to form groups and bandits could use them to set up ambushes or muggings.

I think it would be cool if there was a really small chance of random weird shit to happen when you were alone at night IF you had been alive for a long time. Simulated descent into insanity sort of thing.

If the guy is too lazy to crawl to the nearest hospital and get his own damn morphine then he deserves to get shot.
