Well, it doesn't matter for me anymore. About a klick away from Green Mountain, some jackass sniped me. Probably one of those dicks who sits around waiting for people to come trade. Edit: It's sort of funny, because I was going there to give away my gun(pretty much the only thing I had of value) for free. So, had the bandit asked, I would have given it to him.

Which place is it going to be held at? The OP still says TBA.

The best way to get people to believe you are sincere and won't murder them, is to admit you're group are bandits who kill for fun. Best sales pitch I've ever heard.

So, is it going to be held at both locations mentioned, or is the location going to be announced just before you set up? I feel like that is the reason I missed you guys yesterday.

I saw, on the player list, that there are people from the FTC(they had tags) on the server, they just weren't at the castle. I assumed that maybe they were out scavenging for supplies or something, which is why I came back a few hours later. When no one answered me, I got a little concerned bandits might be around, which is why I left. I will most definitely come back tomorrow. I fully support what you guys are doing. I just wanted to make sure I had my information right and that there wasn't some problem where you guys had to cancel.

I know it was the right server and the right place. I was there about three hours ago, again about an hour ago, and decided to check again just now. No one at any of those times. Unless you guys like to hide from people and didn't respond when asked if anyone was around.

I've showed up multiple times when your place was supposed to be open, but there is never anyone there. I was there today at several times, but still no one. Are there supposed to be people there when you claim to be open, or are we just supposed to wait until other players show up to trade with?

There is no "end-game". The game is what you make of it. You can do PvP, if you want, but there are many other options. You can join a group and do raids or survival or whatever with them. You can continue to try to survive lone wolf. You can give yourself handicaps to make the game more interesting. You can go on a zombie rampage and just suicide while taking out as many zombies as you can, and then start over. It's all what you make of it. So go out and do what you want. That is the essence of this game.

Well, the way I see it, is the more kindness you spread, the more people are willing to trust others. If enough people learn to trust others in-game, maybe we can start a revolution.

I'm not really sure how to even respond to this. You said you had no idea what I was saying, but you obviously don't speak English very well. I think that's your main problem. I don't mean that as an insult, I mean that in a serious manner. If you didn't understand what I said, that's not really my fault. I was very on-topic with my post. As for me being degrading and trying to "flame a player", that is just untrue. It is hard to convey a tone over text, which, I assume, is why you thought that. I don't post to insult or degrade people. I'm sorry if it came off that way. Also, I never said bandits don't survive as long. You implied that all bandits survive longer and are better players, so I was simply making a point that that is not true.

I'm going to go ahead and say you have little to no understanding of how things actually go in the game. Just because someone is a bandit does not mean they have all of the best stuff and are a super killing machine. Many people who claim to be bandits are just average players, who just don't care about murder. Also, you seem to be using the term casual like it's some kind of disease. If you are a casual, you obviously just suck at the game and can't do anything. That is totally wrong. By your definition, I am a "casual". That doesn't mean I will go nowhere. I find my fun in raiding cities and killing zombies. That doesn't make you any better at the game than me.

Yes, because if you're a bandit for a day, you're much better at surviving than a regular survivor, who has been alive for a week. Excellent point!

I have to agree with this. People have game ADD. For example, Skyrim. There was so much hype about Skyrim coming out, and everyone was so excited for it. I got the game a month and a half after it came out. I was talking with some friends when I got it, and all they had to say to me was "that game is old".

Again, pretty much a whole post of insult. Classy. You say I'm "nerd raging", but I don't see anywhere where I was aggressive toward you. In fact, it has been the opposite. So far, you have just proven yourself to be a hateful troll. I will, however, amuse myself by giving you the satisfaction of a reply. I will reiterate, since you didn't get it the first time. Trolling players on a game is not an "approach" to said game. It is a guy who is so bored with his life, he plays a game he doesn't enjoy. I'm sorry that I assumed that bashing a game for being boring and dull means you dislike it. I guess someone should go change the definition of the word. I'd also like to point out that you contradicted yourself within your own post. First, you said "it's a sandbox and you make your own fun", but then you said "the standard approach to the game". If it is, as you claim, a game where you make your own fun, how can there be a standard approach to the game. It is the approach that you originally took, not the one everyone else did. Also, the survival aspect is not a joke. I will say this once again, since you missed it before. Use your imagination. Give yourself a handicap. Find some other people to fuck around with. Do something to entertain yourself instead of assuming the game designed to "make your own fun" will do it for you.

So you want to join? I just to make sure you understand that what I want isn't about getting the best stuff in the game. It's about using the not-so-best stuff to survive. I had already thought of this. I will take precautions against this. And, I know that in-game there isn't much I can do if I'm hunted down a bandit, but I don't really care. If a bandit wants to take the time to kill me for a tent, that is his fun. I actually enjoy starting over and finding new weapons and items, and since I only use "low-tier" stuff, it doesn't take too long to get it all back.

If Rocket doesn't add this now, he is a terrible person.
