    thanks guysis there anything else i could do to keep my laptop cool with a cooling pad??

    Hello everyone, Just a quick question about the lag i encounter in day z. When i first join a game the game runs very smooth with little to no lag. Within 5-10 mins and when the fan picks up speed i encounter huge lag spikes. When the fan speeds up it lags but then about 10 seconds later the fan slows down and i regain my frames.. Im going to pick up a cooling pad (i have a laptop) with good specs, to see if that helps. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

    Hello everyone. Below is a screen shot of the specs of my computer. A good portion of the time when im playing day Z I don't run into much lag but every once in a while(every couple minutes) i get huge lag spikes. I have my graphics in game set to very low also! Is there anything i could do to stop this? Any input will be helpful. Thanks!!!!

    restart your computer and when you log back on right click on steam and say "run as administrator". Hope it helps!

    Hello, new to this forum and not an expert with computers. I really want to play this game but i don't want to purchase ARMA without knowing if my PC will be able to play this game with medium to good performance. Here's my specs: Dell XPS 14 Ultrabook 3rd Generation Intel Core i7-3517U processor (4M Cache, up to 3.0 GHz - TPM) 8GB, DDR3, 1333MHz (I assume this is RAM?) NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M with 1GB GDDR5 VRAM If you need anymore information i will try to provide it.. Thanks allot all input will be greatly appreciated!
