Man, I REALLY wish they would go ahead and knock out some of those persistence bugs. Its the sole thing that makes DayZ a survival game for me. Without it, I have a hard time keeping interest. Anymore its hard to find a good server with it enabled because of all the issues.

I have confirmed that a group of players are duping on my server using in game bugs to do so. Now, I understand that this is unfair but my problem is, is utilizing in game bugs to their advantage a offense deemed ban worthy on the public hive?

Recently moved to private hive and would love to see the population start to build back up. EVERYTHING currently turned off and keeping a moderate amount of vehicles. Nothing crazy and sticking to pretty vanilla DayZ. Hope to see you guys there!

More than willing to try out a beta test of this to see how things go.

Mostly new server for the really hardcore players (No third person & official hive). Vehicles are still abundant as of right now. Rather active admin and I try to keep an eye out for duping, combat logging, or any other suspicious activity. Population is still pretty low but would love to have people jump on. I had warned them about doing so WHILE they were doing it and they literally just laughed. Just wanted to be clear on what direction the community though before banning.

Anyone know how long HFBservers take to provision a new instance? Got a feeling I'm going to be waiting all weekend without it. Really wish provisioning times were advertised.

Just to say, my personal experiences with support have been above and beyond. They are a little slow pushing out new updates but I would rather have a delayed release than a broken server. My tickets are always answered within the time promised. Most issues that arise from my server are generally cause by something I did or I'm able to fix myself. A few times I've had to involve support but when I did they always responded with fix or an ETA to when it should be fixed. I'm sorry so many of you have been burned, however, I feel you don't recognized how complicated of a setup all of this is. Patience is a virtue..

Also, will we ever see humanity introduced on the private hive from the previous updates? I've yet to see it.

Well....shit.

I haven't really had any issues myself, had that week outage that was comp'd back to me. Most of the issues I have can be fix myself. The 502 errors are a hassle at times but doesn't really get in my way.

ETA this week? Next week? Just curious.

Really? Surely you've noticed I have also been having issues after they moved to 3.5. I, too, was upset because of the silenced that was first given and the lack of replies to service tickets. After making a public announcement acknowledging there was a problem my stress slightly eased as I knew that replying to my ticket saying what was already said was a waste of time. However, approaching the forums and openly attacking a business is not solving your issue. Obviously if you're unable to figure out how to input vehicles correctly into your database you should work more towards that than blasting this crap all over the forums. I will agree that they are in over their heads and in the time that 3.5 rolled out and it was discovered that issues weren't localized they should have rolled the update back instead of moving forward. It does sound like you signed up at the wrong time but I know they're more than willing to provide you a refund to go elsewhere. You're providing nothing of use to this community anyways.
