    I really hope that server administrators could allow / force acre on their servers. Or they could make acre automagic system: - Auto launch and join teamspeak on official dayz ts3 acre server - On server connect, switches to correct server specific channel - Radios are just so sexy, and they would fit into DayZ for 140% certainty !!!

    Hi everyone, Imagine walking from town to another town in middle of a night, when suddenly a really bright light almost blinds you. You cant see anything and then aggressive bandit voice tells you to drop your stuff to the ground and going prone, while they loot you alive. Then mysteriously dissappearing to the woods. Imagine creating a fort with group of survivors, with many tents, cars and guards. When suddenly people start shouting "ALERT, movement outside". And preparing all troops to aim at the incoming hostiles and then enabling the searchlights ... following hell lot of gunfire! Fortifying a position and defending is damn sweet. But it lacks lighting power. Flashlights and flares + grenade launcher flares are useful but it is still missing something. Searchlight would be awesome! Suggestion: 1. Add a searchlight - object what you can loot just like jerry can - fills some of your inventary slots - deployable to static searchlight (normal arma 2 object) - requires running generator in 50 meters to enable action "Light On" 2. Add a generator - you can assembly it if you combine: -- engine parts -- fuel tank parts - requires fuel to operate - generates quiet engine sound, like idle car engine Why? Because I really can't imagine military bases and medium sized survivor camps without searchlights and generators! If you didin't know, you can use searchlights like static weapons, you can aim with it, put it on / off, and leave it... on or off state. So you can: - Light the area you are in like with campfires / flares - Search for incoming enemies like with flashlights but better! - Disorient enemy with really bright light! (you can also tap the L button) - Hide your defences (you can't see what is next to the searchlight) Attached file is example of ACE_Muglight vs Searchlight

    Bug confirmed here also, currently server needs to reboot every day at 7pm - 9pm to force time sync for everyone.

    Crossbow too ineffectual

    I have been using Crossbow a lot. I love it and I like how it needs practice to be useful! I can successfully shoot to 100m, but usually sideshot to head from 10m is the best to allow best bolt recovery. I request that you can stack 2 bolt / stack. Because 4 * 2 = 8 bolts... Why? Because if you have 6 bolts = 6 slots... It takes a LOT of your inventory. And you can hardly loot a city with that amount of ammo. Any other weapon you can loot easily 3+ cities with 6 slots of ammo! And anyways bolts / arrows should be pretty light... So currently you can carry car wheel or just 6 bolts ???

    Possible counter to alt-f4

    1. The basic "on combat if taken damage" restriction wont work. - Example: Enemy player spots you' date=' you hit alt-f4 before being hit. - Example: You lure 30 zombies after you. Run near another survivor and alt-f4. 2. 30 second timer is not always enough. - Example: You shoot enemy from 500m, run 200m and hide, log off. Enemy cant find you in 30 seconds. But you can still do serious damage with no risk. Suggestion: - Mimimum 30 seconds log off timer. - 1 minute log off timer if exited vehicle in 2 minutes - 1 minute log off timer if zombie has agro on player - 2 minute log off timer if taken damage in 2 minutes - 2 minute log off timer if used any action / weapon / item in 2 minutes - 30 second MORE time if done aything above during the log off + show log off timer on player screen (if player still in game) Because currently too many players escape all dangerous situations cheating the game and breaking the immersion! I think that being offline should be considered as character is asleep. And it is really hard to instantly fall asleep if you are sneaking on NW airport and when the operation goes bad -> zZzZzZzz (character dissappears from the battlefield) Other feedback: This is the only exploit that bothers me currently, ALL the other serious exploits have been fixed really fast for my opinion :heart:
