Rocket US 3-4-5 is running beta. and yes Im running it. when I can connect Im losing connection or get kicked for battleeye not responing after 5-10 minutes.

after this patch I have big problems finding/joining US3-4. when I manage to join I get kicked of for battleeye not responding or Im losing connection to those servers. and its only US 3-4.

did you guys download everything that was new? not only dayz_code?

I just found out that there is like 1-3 working fuel stations where you can take fuel from. I think you should be able to take fuel from every gas station.

I say keep the makarov. its not the best gun but its sure not the shittiest. you want to start with a crossbow instead with 2 extra arrows? revolver is a really good weapon, thats why you shouldnt spawn with it. and there is allot of weapons. use your brain and use stealth and go into a firestation or a store and you will most likely find a much better weapon. Ive seen winchester/lee enfield or revolver in every store I have been looting. so its not hard to find weapons.

I had to wait about 30min to get in a server. could be because I try to join US 3-4 from Sweden I dont know. but it can also happend when I try to join finnish,EU or FR server. I guess its all about what server you choose with what ping. downloaded all three because it said I needed to :P so I did :P have that problem anyway.

here we go again. now Im getting stuck on waiting for server response. been waiting about 25 minutes now and nothing have happend.

I would donate money if I could. running little low on cache atm and I have to save..

yes! I never bothered to get a tent and save my gear in it because they will disappear when the server is crashing or when I logoff. so tents/cars/choppers are useless atm and Im hoping they are going to fix this soon :)

in your operation arrowhead steam folder make a folder called @dayz. in that folder make another folder called addons. put all dayz files in there and extract them in there. I have all the bising maps in @dayz folder. this is how my install is and I followed dayz install guide. and some of my friends helped me aswell. Setting up the Mods (The important bit!) Download the files from www.mediafire.com/dayz (Check for updates as well) Created a folder in your ArmA II program files location: (C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2) and call it @dayz Inside that folder create another called folder called Addons Use a program such as 7zip to unzip the rar files you downloaded. Copy the unzipped files in your @dayz/Addons folder On an ArmA II shortcut in the target line add (After the quotation marks): -nosplash -mod=@dayz; Load up that shortcut. Find the DayZ Zombie RPG server, login and Play!

so how fast do I have to loot another player before he disappears?

what does it clean-up? dead zombies? or dead players?

you have to pvp to survive sometimes. but you get marked as a pvper and you will get killed instantly when a Anti pvp guy find you.

one question!? what do you mean by dead units? is it dead players or what?

did you start arma 2 with combined operations or operation arrowhead? you have to start with combined operations. right click on Operation arrowhead and press launch arma 2 combined operations.

they are fixing it atm :) hopefully it will be fixed today :)

I think they removed tents just temporarily. but ofcourse one of the modding guys have to answer that question. but I got that answer aswell. that its only temporarily.

you have to place it on flat ground. I tried to place it uphill and it disappeared but when I placed it later on when I was on flat ground it came up right infront of me.

before I could join 1/10 times when I tried. but now I can join 9/10 so this is good progress for me :) made me happy when I could join 5 times in a row to different server!:)

2 hours? thats nothing. I tried to fix a game for 2 days. reinstalled the vanilla game 5 times before I got it to work.

I think I found a solution so you can join but the problem is still there. when you get the error message, wait until the background is loaded, it should take about 2-3 seconds. and press continue. worked for me now when I tried it. you could try to press continue fast as possible. one of the guys Im playing with have done this 3-4 times now and it worked for him everytime.
