I dont know if you have to remove all the mods but to be on the safe side you should do it. when you start arma 2 and arma 2 OA you install loads of stuff. Direct X,Battleeye and other things that is needed to be played.

did you start arma 2 and arma 2 OA and created a profile before you installed the mod?

steam is not in your registry on windows. and you need to reinstall steam fresh. but you can cut the common file on steam and save it somewhere. and reinstall steam on your HDD. later on you should be able to replace the new common file and get all your game settings and games. Ive done this once and it worked. so I dont know if its going to work again :P

Morphine is used when you have a broken leg/bone. you get a broken bone indicator on your right side of the screen. and painkillers is being used when you have pain. whenever you have the option on your scroll wheel you should use it. it will do something. you get the indicator that you need painkillers above the broken bone one. but marker when you need painkillers also mean could be in chock. but like I said you will have the option when using mouse scroll wheel.

the only reason I can see we should have slow zombies in Dayz is they should be harder to kill. it should be no effect on shot in the chest,stomach or anywhere else on the lower body. and I already got the answer on this question from one of the developers. the problem that will be we need thousands of zombies if they all are going to be slow. and arma 2 engine is not supporting that many zombies and activities, not even the server can handle so many AI zombies.

it happend to me twice aswell.. first time was long time ago and I dont remember where it was or when it was or what weapons I had..

you should be able to place a personal marker with a gps. like you do with left shift + left mouse button. but it should ONLY work when you have a gps. I dont know if its possible but it should be really nice.

I think the same Hexik. it should only work if you have a gps.

my idea is that to get dayz to load good as possible. there should be 1 database in US. 1 database in EU. when all server are full you have to wait "on most servers" super long to recieve character data. then it would maybe be able to have 100 player servers. and other things.

Ive heard they already have a really good data base server. so upgrading the server is not needed. and like you said 4000 people connecting is putting a huge strain on the server and it will help with 2 servers. 1 in EU and 1 in US. linked together or unlinked. and it will also prevent people server hopping from night time servers to daytime just to find gear. it wont help if both servers are linked. this is maybe a long shot but it maybe help the desynq problem aswell if US players play on US servers. and EU players play on EU server. this means the server your playing on dont have to synq a player with 150ms with a player with 20ms. ofcourse we cant stop US players to play on EU servers or EU players to play on US servers.

I have one tip for you. run backwards until that zombies is going to hit you. when he does you shoot him. thats easy. zombies so far are so easy to kill and avoid.

learn to read the forums in the future and you would have seen that those choppers will kill you instantly.

there is almost no zombies on US-3 and there is no loot at all. its just tiny tiny bits of loot..

its still going on like this. there is loot but its almost nothing. I checked berezino for loot for 1.30 hour and the supermarket was empty. office building had a few bandages and 1 revolver mag. and every building I checked around that place had nothing not even 1 bandage or food.

if you were banned for killing a legion person then that admin shouldnt be an admin. he clearly dont know how to admin a server and remain calm.

and again when I was morphing back to survivor I lost EVERYTHING in my backpack.. are you going to fix this soon because Im REALLY tierd of it now.

wrong Cuel you have to update every file that have been affected. otherwise you cannot play the game.

got this today on north side of elektro close to the fire station there. MAJOR grafic glitch got it on another places aswell. this came with 1.5.4

Morphing to new character causes empty backpack can you fix that anytime soon?? its ruining my gameplay. I just lost EVERYTHING and I spawned in water. you get it everytime you turn from bandit to surviver. I got it 3 times now after 1.5.3 patch.

alright its not fixed. Im stuck on character data recieved from server. I lost my M4A1 because I had to disconnect. I lost everything in my backpack again.
