hi all, does anyone know of any good private or public servers that are played on by a number of small teams? theres a group of 5 of us that have been looking for decent servers for a while but they seem to be rare...

hello all, we have a private hive running and everything has been going well but have had a couple of hackers on today. Am i correct in believing that there are scripts you can put onto the server to detect/kick players when they spawn vehicles& weapons etc?

hey all, after getting a bit fed up of the prevalence of hackers on hive servers and horrendously admined(?) private servers we've taken the plunge and got ourselves a new private hive server. It's gone live in the last couple of hours so theres plenty of gear and vehicles ready for people to get their grubby mits on and tear up chernarus. theres a group of about 6 of us and we would welcome any other groups with open arms to come join us and put up a fight... (got so fed up of killing admin squads and being banned for 'hacking'!!) server ip: 94.229.79.106:2304 current name: 'Brand new private hive max vehicles 8 choppers dedicated admins + anti hax' nb. there are in fact only 3 choppers not sure why it says 8 in name but this will be changed shortly tl;dr - new server, vehicles, and a squad to fight

i disagree... once youve got one/two of a weapon why bother looting more? i'd expect people to hide bodies with high power weapons or the bodies to just despawn before someone can grab the gear (ie a sniper hiding, shooting, being too afraid to loot etc). as a couple have said the REAL problem with the game is the duping. once thats fixed the whole game will completely change and the imbalanced weapons will a lot more exciting as so few people will have them i.e. a target worth chasing in a high risk strategy

me and the guys i play with have started playing private hive servers over the last week and as such have been fresh spawns most of the time. it is without doubt some of the best fun i have had on the game in a long long time... its more fun than the 'standard' loot nwaf, looking for bases, trying to hunt down clans etc. get a group of you with lee enfields and run around cherno causing havoc and you are guaranteed a funny time

you have a clan after pvp or just want to sit at high traffic areas with a sniper...

with the current item duping the whole perma death really isnt the case. everyone you run into and kill is completely kitted out

yeah try posting/searching about it in the server general. theres a chance someone on the forums may know them! you havent even put which server it is in this post!

im doing pretty well then considering i cant read! my point was that some of us have the ability to read and interpret beyond the words that are just written on the screen; what you said comes across as a defensive justification for killing unarmed people, which in turn leads me to believe that the vast majority of your kills are most likely against unarmed/fresh spawned players. I'm not denying that you have killed 110 people - fair play for that - but there is a massive gulf in skill between someone who sits above the coast killing fresh spawns and someone who goes out hunting (note: NOT camping) players/clans in areas where they are likely to be kitted out.

haha this is brilliant! although i swear sometimes that the rabbits have it in for me... i never see them EXCEPT for when im crawling near other survivors, trying to get a fix on them, heart pounding, and then all of a sudden one of the little fuckers runs straight across my screen 6 inches away and scares the shit out of me

this may have already been brought up, but i find it bizarre that out of the 110 people you have killed only 5 were bandits. Do you only snipe people on the beach/cherno/electro? just everywhere north of the coast i would say that around 1/3 of my player kills are against bandits as there arent any fresh spawns.

wow only one mildot for a 1600 kilometre shot? thats crazy! :P
