Agree 100%, zombie respawn is way to high, i don't give a damn about dispatching a zombie anymore if it's just gonna spawn another in half a second.

Yeah i usually always find good stuff if i check there, weapons are super rare but i get tons of ammo, some times backpacks, also food. I wish they would add loot to the tents, it would make it a bit more rewarding when you deal with the zombies getting stuck under the stands, which by the way you are SCREWED if you don't have a gun or hatchet, because they won't allow you to climb the ladder.

Does the camp with the 4 deer stands coverd in barbed wire count as a military camp? If that's what they are i know one that's right next to Balota.

No i got your strategy and what you meant it's just most of the times i loot there's only garbage like tin cans, and somtimes there nothing at all, like the building emtpy, i havn't been able to get an answer on this but is there a random chance that a building can spawn nothing t all? or is this a glitch.

You must be extremely lucky if you find things like backpacks, maps, and guns every time you go on a loot route :/

I was sneaking around the outskirts of elektro today, i was gonna go on Sacriels looting route (starting with the fire station out of town) when i heard shots, and the moment i heard shots i saw a survivor in the window of the fire station, tons of zombies were running to him, he manage to take them down and run out of the fire station, i was prone in the grass ready to blast him down with my Makarov, but of course because its me he manages to survive FIVE FUCKIN bullets to the back/head/arms turn around, go into crouch, and also have time to reload his damn gun and shoot me, i died instantly on the 2nd-3rd shot (cant tell it was an automatic weapon), so he is most likely laughing and picking the huge pile of ammo and food i had on me at the moment, i also had camo, which i miss the most just cuz it looks cool :P Morale of the story: if you're going to be a bandit, don't be me.:cool:

If you have played this game for more than 2 seconds you'll know what this is about just from the thread title. Can we PLEASE for the love of god have a way to prevent people from instant disconnecting (or alt+f4'ing) when in the middle of a bad situation? i was at the cherno generel goods store today, i heard somone shoot somone else, waited in store, guy came out, he didn't see me, i shot him. I whent to loot the body but NOPE alt+f4 and it dissapeared. Another example is if your in a fire fight, your opponent misses some shots, you hit him once ALT+F4. Zombies after you? well no problem, like at all, just alt+f4. Perhaps you could make it so its impossible for them to disconnect in any way shape or form when they can be seen by a zombie or player? I don't know anything about programming but i would love something like that put in. Maybe even have a bigger penalty besides passing out when you log back in? Like if you disconnect WHILE you're dying then log back in, it will kill you instantly and your body will stay on the server for a set amount of time so whoever rightfully killed you (or ate your brains) gets a reward. Now just so people don't get the wrong idea, i don't want disconnecting to be impossible, just not in a life or death situation, all want to strive ahead is gone when you know they will just leave.

I have a similar problem, except my loading screens don't freeze they're just EXTREMELY long, like i have to sit down and wait 1-2 minutes just to log in or get a new character.

This happens to me every single time i go there, but it has only happend after the 1.7.2 patch, Deer Stands are impossible to loot now.

Does anyone know if they are going to reset all of our characters? The patch seems to be working fine right now, but im not sure if they will do it later for stability, i have a PERFECT character right now and i really really don't want to lose it over a damn patch.

Well if you play 24/7 none-stop then no it's not but i play periodically and im more of a collector, i like the loot i find and i think its really dumb when you always have to except a reset and poof all gone searched for nothing.

Im about 2 landmarks away from NW Airfield... but i got chased down and dropped to 2600 blood by some zombies who were able to hear me crawling from 100 miles away, i patched myself up and continued into this small town (cant remember the name, it had a huge hall that looked like it was full of bike racks) And here's where my idiocy starts, i found a crossbow with two bolts and my enfield only had a clip left, so i decided to be mr. expert survivalist hunter bad ass and try making it with only 2 bolts. 5 minutes later i figured out aiming with the crossbow is near impossible, so i had nothing left but a makarov with 1 clip, i am currently right at the end of that town, and now 1 landmark away from NW, my question is should i continue my journey? i have tons of food and bandages and one morphine inject left, but i heard NW is really dangerous but it has the best weapons in the game. I have never been there and i wanted to hear an opinion from someone with more experience.

Im pretty sure all of my shots hit, i heard that little fleshy pat sound every time i fired.
