Hello, I'm Tortov and I'm looking for a bandit group to play DayZ Origins with. I'm 16 and from the UK, I have played DayZ since almost the start (May 2012) and have played exclusively as a bandit. I have a lot of firefight experience and can shoot accurately with all weapons and pilot/drive well.

How old are you? 16 Do you have a working mic? Yes How long have you been playing DayZ? 12 Months, plenty of combat experience and banditing. What position do you think best suits you (If it isn't listed above, explain what you are good at)? I'm good at shooting with every weapon, and I am second in command of the most powerful bandit group on another DayZ mod, so have a lot of experience leading squads and groups. Marksman or any other combat class. Can drive and pilot well, too. How often do you play? Looking to start up on origins, so 4 hours a day at least

This is a great server to play on. Best clan by far is S-GRU who's RP is spot on.

On "Can I run it?" I get the maximum amount possible for DayZ. All my specs are quite a bit above recommended for DayZ.

I am wondering how to increase my FPS in DayZ. My current system specs are: AMD FX4100 @3.6GHz CPU 8gb RAM Nvidia 8800 Ultra GPU 7200rpm HDD With these, I get around 30fps normally, dropping to 12-18fps in cities. (On lowest settings) I have tried the RAMDisk stuff, which is supposed to speed up DayZ, but I have seen no change. I currently have some money, and am wondering whether either of these upgrades will increase my FPS, and if so which one will increase it more? Radeon HD6870 GPU or Crucial 128gb M4 SSD or overclocking my CPU? I know SSD's don't normally increase FPS in games, only loading times, but apparently Arma2 doesn't cache textures. Also, I am wondering if a better GPU will increase FPS because I have heard that Arma 2 doesn't use much of the GPU, and is more CPU dependent. I would appreciate anyone with some knowledge/experience's help!

Same here, I get decent fps in Chernarus yet in Lingor island its low on any server.I am updating my Arma 2 to v1.11 and my CO to v1.62. Will update this if that improves my fps.

I've a group of 4 people from London We are all 15ish and play at weekends and holidays. We aren't really serious- we don't have a leader- but we play fairly tacticaclly and don't dome retarded stuff. We mostly travel between military loot spawns tracking other players to kill, looking for vehicles, meeting up with each other etc. We've played the game a lot and we are pretty causual and just play whenever people hop on skype. PM me if you want to play with us sometime.

I am also in the GMT timezone. Myself and a group of 4 others are interested in travelling in a group with others in chernarus- not always, but from time to time. We are all from London and aged about 15, and we use skype.

It wasn't based on it mechanically at all. Only the concept. So German engineering doesn't play a part in the success of the AK rifles.

They both have exactly the same damage... 2 shot player body kill. It whether you want that scope on the m14 that gives you that 100m extra effective range or the burst fire on the FN fal which makes killing players at close range easier. That is of course, not regarding ammunition rarity.

Ran into the supermarket with a hatchet in elektro. A guy with an m24 on his back points his pistol and me, and asks if I'm friendly. I shout yes, friendly down the mic. He prones to the doorway, and tells me he's off to the woods. I run behind him and start mutilating him with the hatchet, and he says down the mic " stop, stop!" not even firing his pistol. I kill him and take his m24.

Looking at the stats for these two sniper rifles.... They both have the same statistics in terms of range, mag size, damage, zeroing et cetera. Why is the cz550 refered to as the worst sniper rifle?
