I dont know if this was just a coincidence or not.. but yesterday when my brother and I both were dead, 1 of us would join a server where he would respawn and then the other followed immediatly through steam. This caused us to spawn at the same spawn point 3 times in a row. I dont know if joining through steam helps, or the fact that we both respawn so quickly after another on the same server. But it really helped us playing together. when one of us was still alive and the other respawned in the same server it didnt work, only when both spawning fresh. i'll try to test this more tonight and see if this was just a coincidence or not.
