Figured we could start to vote now and help the devs by showing what we want that way when vehicles become a reality they will know what models the community is really looking for! Personal wants: Land Rover Defender 110 and 90 Lots of customization like roof racks lights etc to be found they are also made in diesel so that could be an upgraded engine to find! Also military uses so maybe find a machine gun mount? Jeeps Old or new wranglers again lots of parts to be found for these HMMWV Would be the rare western vehicles etc finding armor doors gun mounts etc... not sure on Russian vehicles but deffinatley some of those civilian and military Large transport trucks half tons dueces etc Huey, Blackhawk, Mi-8s Chinooks just a nice mix of military civilian aircraft. Want to see what you guys are wanting!

well balanced i would say, isnt dead accurate yet deals realistic damage for that of a .45 -
In my opinion, the current compass is an example of over-design.

Having used a real compass compared to what i thought it was like to get a real accurate reading when doing land nav it isnt as easy as look at it hahah -

I think it will get a balance one vehicles are in towns in east coast have many factories thus making them a hotbed for carparts once they enter the game.. for now yes no real reason to bother... later though -

To contest, I usually hold up a person simply to buy time for me to leave the area, I don't want any of your gear, I don't want to kill you I just want to know your going to leave me the fuck alone.. Process: Get in a pickle Have advantage hold individual up have him drop all gear/ maybe just weapon have him walk away from gear >>>IF I have cuffs and IF he seems to be an asshole I will cuff him and explain how to escape said cuffs tell him in 2 minutes he can return to gear and be on his way retreat and bugout of the current location to one where I can see his gear head in opposite direction he goes in looking for me or running from me... effectively avoid said asshole/survivor while not being an asshole myself WORKS 75% of the time key part is having advantage and keeping it, say it works best with 3 people one can whatch him afar 2 up in his face to show you hold clear advantage and mean buisness. Failures account for -Unknown teammates and general lack of situational awarness by me -language barrier -failure to comply by subject

Gathered some suggestions for gear and items and thought I would post them up and fuel / start a thread of sorts for ideas about gear items and the like! Noticed a poll about weapons recently so obviously Devs are interested in seeing some things we would like to see in the game! 1: Requires no new content just a suggestion to add the high power scope to the M4 family. Being that we have no DMR at the moment and that the scope looks as though it can be mounted rail style I don't see why not! Disadvantages / balance to this is that less damage and less range, advantage looks sick and would be good for light recon and allow for more shots. 1a: New content for the M4A1, It is wonderful what we have and I am super impressed but had some quick item to polish it off. *Forgrips (magpul AFG, standard run of the mill one etc) *Solid Stock / Marksman Stock (Old school M16A4 style stock to help with A DMR type setup) *PVS-14 (This is an NVG system that is to be used with red dots could be more common than actual NVG systems when implemented because having to look through the scope to get NV is a great disadvantage!) *Drum Magazines (endgame style magazines for the M4) *To compliment the above make the 60/60 have a small pause in the middle to switch the mags.. [NOTE] Seeing as we only have the M4 and the Mosin at the moment it may be easier to expand it more than to make more weapons BUT I also understand they need to focus on broadening the spectrum of weapons in the game thus making this task possibly a burden. 2: Fix silencers currently sound is same regardless of condition or presence of one and zombies still aggro as if one is not attached. Silencer for that 45 might give it a tactical advantage over the new magnum. 3: MOLLE style Vests / Backpacks, love the system you have with weapons of piecing them together per se. Extend that over to backpacks and vests buy allowing us on MOLLE Vests to add pouches we find to expand the INV slots on those items [EXAMPLE: Base MOLLE pack 16 slots, Medical Pouch +6 slots, Double Mag pouch + 4 slots single +2, Utility Pouch + 10 Molle Holster +4etc etc etc. Pouches can be placed on vests OR backpacks as MOLLE/PALS is universal!! adds stuff to the loot table, looks cool, people can customize to their needed size / capacity!] Disadvantages / balance if a pouch gets ruined it falls off at random, all gear inside lost, obviously the more pouches the more bulky it is and maybe different colors to in desperate times force a weird mix and match look and weight system would help. 4: Drop leg systems, love the chest holster but when upgrading to the vests I lose that capability maybe add the similar OVERLAY onto the legs allowing Drop leg MOLLE panels, Holsters etc. Can also to increase difficulty and loot items make holsters specific to each weapon, is common in real life for a glock holster not to fit an M9 especially if they are SERPA, Kydex etc style! 5: Battle / Work / Utility belts? MOLLE system above could be used for battle belts a base belt holding nothing but after finding pouches becomes valuable asset? 6: Filters for the gas masks as well as chemical suits and different variants. Current one in my opinion is very old era reminds me of Fallout would love to see modern M50 variant etc.. (Also have seen a suggestion of chemical zones with rarer loot floating around to make these worth wearing.. cool concept I would vote it up XD) 7: Headlamp should go OVER most of the headgear being that the bands are elastic! Feel like it taking all the head slots is preventing a lot of players from using them / taking a liking to them. Function over fashion I know but honestly I look like a pussy with that thing on.. 8: Being able to use tools to take parts from worn damaged etc and fix / replaced damages to gear. Obviously needs a balancing table of sorts but finding a leatherman/multitool would be a great thing to add, can opener, knife, screw driver, fire starter all in one hell if you really want to expand you could find pieces and allow people to add what they need to one like in real life! 9: Obviously more weapons and clothing, people love to look cool! Name brands are cool or GTA style PUNS? Some South Face jackets etc would be funny! Same concept with the Food! In closing Thanks for all you guys are doing the Alpha has turned out much better than anticipated, super excited to up that loot spawn to get the apartments the worth they deserve and by no means think the game is lacking just suggesting some cool concepts / fixes to help the creative flow! Feel free to chip in you own ideas for Items below guys!

We would have people in the "pro" spots testing even with a restart??? it takes like a week or 2 to get like OP shit im for a reset ev time they could evaluate all the paterns and adjust loots spawns etc acordingly making it easier or perferably harder to find good shit so soon :) -

was up on that roof 2 nights ago the little wall covers you from snipers in the hills aswell till you crouch to fire, Was killed by someone with a hatchet who had god mode.... dumped 3 1911 mags into him before he killed me... hackers are even worse than us bandits.... they ruin EVERYONES fun XD -
when is a stanima system coming to keep people from crossing the whole map in a matter of 20min... follow ACE stanima its model is close enough to work for now, perfect in my opinion but im sure some will believe it needs nerfing

Would like to see them follow and ACE system and allow us to sling a potentially 3rd primary on our back. The benifits would be it is slinged so scroll wheel access being quicker than having to unpack it etc, and that you could potentially carry 3 primary weapons. Balances could include only some weapons having slings or having to find a sling to get this ability! Also sense the weapon is Slung and not packed away it is easier to get to but would still need backpack/inv slots to hold its ammo sense all its doing is hanging there and is not packed in anything that would hold the ammo? Believe this balances itself and would keep it from being OP a stanima system could further nerf bandits carrying 3 primarys in the future if it became a problem. Seemed like a good idea and with it already being done in ACE im sure it would not be to hard and would change the game quite a bit! Some other stuff would be more weapons and some ACRE would be nice even if all u used in ACRE was the 3D positional Face to Face audio it would be game changing let alone the radios!

guys gotta be realistic... still a mod look at ARMA II, OA, BAF, PMC, CZ MAYBE ACE for your list of what can be added M110, SCAR/Mk series weapons, M16A4 AIM, M4 With ACOG/203, AKS GOLD XD, G36/M8 series, M40A3, STINGER/strela (For when helos come back), rpk, rpg18, Take hints from ACE and allow us to deploy static weapons like M2 dishka etc... and allow us to set the weapon on a wall/hood to reduce recoil :)

would be nice to see them follow ACE footsteps and allow us to have one sling'd on our back one in our hands and then if we want one in our pack the disadvantage/balance to allowing us to sling one on our back would be you would still have to have slots to put the ammo for the 3rd weapon in sense its just hanging back there and not really packed into anything but the advantage to having it slung would be scroll wheel access instead of having to "unpack" it EDIT TAKE YOUR BEANS OVER TO THE THREAD I CREATED XD

Have to be twice as rare as the L85 for me to want it in the game... Those wearing one would have to sacrifice the backpack slot XD :) thats a hell of a tradeoff!

Just have to find a well armed group to take that town and then be slightly trusting... do not direct our play just provide us the tools so that there is a possiblity that we play the way you want!
