I would say 99% NO on that laptop. If it did run, it would be terrible and you would have ZERO fun. The processor and video card are holding you back.

YES! But... you should only be able to find them at the Zoo in Cherno or the Aquarium in Berezino. You should have to be able avoid the infected Big Cat House or take a boat across the infected Killer Whale Tank.

Now that you have that GPS you can figure out what town it was. Sweet.

The method in which you (and everyone else) were killed is up for debate, but it was absolutely not normal gameplay. The most likely scenario is a debug forest kill. Every character on a server has a copy that sits way off the map in a place called “Debug forest.” If someone marches out there with a grenade or satchel charge they can kill large groups of people at the same time. I am sure there are other ways to commit mass DayZ homicide but I would think that is most common. (Common because all you need to know is where debug forest is. Scripting/Injection and other “hacker” knowledge is not needed.) Just get off that server. If you ever see a long list of people dying on a server, log out and go somewhere else ASAP.

I have never used a silenced sniper in ARMA II so take this for what it is worth. My guess is If it was a hacked SD sniper shooting from range there would be no "ping." All you would hear would be the whip crack from the bullet when it was near. My guess from your description would be AS50 from 600 - 700m plus. The AS50 has a distinctive "ping" sound when the cartage is ejected. The initial firing of the AS50 has a very low tone ending with a ping making the end of the firing cycle the most noticeable sound at range. It sounds much different than all of the other ranged rifles in the game.
