no laptops are shit for gaming a decent one will run over 1000 and you can build an amazing desktop for that, and if you think building a pc is hard, its not its just screwing things in. even buying a already built one will be better than a gaming laptop. plus is you bought a gaming laptop i doubt it will run arma 3 very well when that comes out, PM me if you need help with building or choosing a computer. -

im aware but what i ment is make the big ones like alice and coyote rarer, it would be more interesting also spawning without a backpack would be even better. food is also common i have alot more food then backbacks in my house i hope you do the same, by your logic houses and supermarkets should be stocked with food and not just one can if youre lucky. just saying its stupid that a big pack like alice is so common and the coyote is so much rarer..its just 4 more slots. alice pack should be same spawn chance as coyote just in residential and not military only.

thats not true the RGO grenades have a wider radius and do more dmg hence why theyre rare as fuck -
this is true, got the i7 920 when it came out 3 years ago and a gtx 275 still running games on high only thing holding me back on arma 2 is ram but i still rarely drop below 60 fps.

just make sure it has an i5 or i7 none of that amd shit and you dont need 12 gb of ram 6 is good enough. also as long as it has nvidia graphics not intel it should run ok..i can find one if you give a price range.. actually to be honest since you have a decent laptop for other stuff you should probably build a desktop for gaming. a new laptop wont run games for very long. i got a $2000 dell laptop ran cod4 at about 100 fps and when cod5 came out it ran that at about 30-50 fps..honestly laptops are shit for gaming just because they have gaming laptops does not mean theyre good..

mumble sounds the best between the 3 and it has almost no delay unlike ts and especially vent, also its not the programs fault you/other people dont know how to change settings..if its changing volumes i suggest looking at mumble settings or your pc sound settings. -

are you sure thats the chevrons? ive seen videos saying its 200, 400, 600, 800, and 1000. i personally think the dmr is alot better, its ammo is alot more common and it has a better zoom.

try a program called gamebooster 3 it shuts off alot of windows shit that doesnt need to be running. -

install the latest beta via exe put the @dayz folder in the arma2 OA main directory make sure its called @dayz put in your launch options -mod=@dayz (if you have retail arma 2 put it at the end of the target line) ive never launched using any launcher before im not sure if it messes anything up -

is your 3d resolution set to your screen resolution? you could try lowing that a little bit (make sure its 3d res not just resolution) might look a tad blurry -
its been broken for quite a few patches and i havnt heard anything about it being fixed so i doubt it.

could be your processor, AMD isnt that great. i heard low settings use more cpu so you may want to try some settings on high? also turn anti aliasing off post processing off and vsync off, video memory to default these settings gave me a big boost in fps. -
balota is a great place to find a gps, its got 4 deer stands, ACT, and 2 hangers. wont get better then that on the coast
