Without PvP and the fear of losing your gear this game wouldnt be what it is. PvE isnt really a challenge. I shoot everyone i see unless your in my group and thats how ill play from now on stand alone or not i dont care. Tried the trust thing and got shot in the back to many times

Had M24 like 4 DMR mags that convert to 16 M24 mags, M16 with 5 mags in my backpack full toolbelt and NVG's got killed on the hill above Electro like 5 sec after i spawned in.

I found the Off-Road Truck in Kabanino in the middle of town sitting in the street loaded with 2-PP-19's, Fal, M16, M107, M24 and NVG's. No ammo for the M107 but i got killed by a server hopper in electro on the hill.

Hackers and players ALT+F4ing to prevent death are not going to ruin the game or make it Fail. The game is Amazing and i play the crap out of it and love every sec. Yes ive been hacked to the thunderdome, had the entire server killed, had to deal with losing items in inventory and graphic issues, sniped by campers many many times, spawned on a hill in electro and got shot in the back 10 sec later, lost tons of gear because of all this and i still play and love the game. There are problems with every game the more popular the game the more people try to take advantage of it get used to it and play the game or shut up and go play Zombie island or something.

Not trying to be nice about it. Im tired of seeing the hacker threads cant find anything on this forum anymore cause everyone is just complaining. If you dont like the game then dont play it. Nobody cares about how you died or anything cause most likely its happen to us too.

What does this mean? Does this mean there is another player close to me. Cause i was in a town and looked at the map and it had to orange/yellow dots on it that said man. Went to look and they wasnt on the map anymore.

Played a lot of DayZ and never joined a server that showed myself and zombies on the map. Well thanks for the help guys.

OK thats kinda stupid cause there were way more than 2 zombies in the city.

Me and a friend were playing a couple days ago on a server with 4 players on it. My friend thought he was safe to just run and gun and got sniped in Stary checking the military tents.

Seen some youtube videos where a player switched his 50cal out for a L85 by just clicking the arrow to take the gun out of the pack i believe. I tried this and i thought i deleted my equipped weapon but went i went outside the building i was in my weapon was in the middle of the street???? Anyone know how to do this or what i was doing wrong and yes i had enough empty space in the pack to be specific i was switching out a MP5 for a AKM i was holding on to for a friend who died.

Define running fine? What fps do you get and what settings are you using? Just interested to know. I dont know what frames per sec om running dont know how to tell? All i know is some servers i can play on and others i cant to much lag.

I was wondering that same thing about my system. I play DayZ it runs fine some days and like crap other days. My computer is about 4 years old but i upgraded my graphics card a few months back. Mine is a HP the model # is p6130y, AMD Phenom 9750 Quad Core 2.40 GHz, 8 GB RAM Windows vista 64-bit, Nvidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti. Its nothing special but any tips on helping me run DayZ better?
