On one server there were 4-5 bandits holding Chernarus (big surprise). I solved this issue with a M107. -

Basically the 28 days later Rage virus infected. Technically alive, but their brains are on full on "Fuck you and everyone around you" mode. Seeing as you don't need just a head shot to kill them they aren't "traditional zombies" for those are the Romero undead, slow ones. -

If I understand your question correctly, incline and injury. Don't think weight in this game does anything. Also I believe exhaustion can slow you down slightly but you can essentially run for ever with out any consequence. -

Some sort of hunting shotgun I would hope. Something you'd expect villages and farmers to normally have laying around. So I think that removes the UZI from the list at least as far as how common or uncommon he might make what ever replaces the Winchester. -

I think just seeing a person with the proper gear and knows not to hold a flare while running around Chernarous is enough for me to think they are competent to some degree. Any how if I recall correctly Rocket is planning on letting people find clothes/skins around to customize themselves and I prefer that over attack of the clones. -

I think people who want extreme realism for the blood transfusion idea should be prepared to realize that in the real world with out proper storage blood packs last about 4 hours before they are useless. Also blood types come in to play, wrong blood type, body rejects it. -
I don't see the point of zombie guts, as it is if you run, shoot or walk into a zombie you attract them. Crawling, crouching, walking reduces your detection (crawling for obvious least detection). Road flares do draw them, they sort of just walk towards and around it. Not a big priority to them, they just slowly hover around the area. If you want an actual distraction get smoke grenades, they sprint to that shit like it's sale at Walmart. Which also nulls your flare + sound device idea since that's what smoke grenade does, it draws them like a Left4Dead pipe bomb, minus the explosion.
