I have to say with decisions obsessed with making this mod as "realistic" as possible, their are some rather unrealistic tedious restrictions. Blood transfusions are more efficiently done with another person aiding you, but anyone with some basic experience with it can do it them selves. Speaking from a pure common sense and coming from a family with medical backgrounds (my self excluded how ever). So yea I'd say letting you administer it self isn't such a big deal. Also pretty sure it's difficult to administer morphine properly, fire weaponry, etc. Riis.

Wouldn't it make more sense that matches are consumable? While wood isn't needed as an item seeing as it's mostly a forested area, and twigs, bark, leaves, branches are pretty much at arms reach.

Tribes =/= Arma in anything. Personally not surprised that Tribes has an easier time with lag and syncing. It's a much smaller scale game, less complex, and probably has several more servers working to keep it going.

I can see that 20m rule bugging out on people now, spawning them in walls or objects. I think you just have to make a risk over benefit assessment about logging out in a area that is usually scoured for loot and surrounded by zombies.

Yea seen some pretty bad desync issues like this before. Seen a bandit running towards me unaware of my location in some tall grass. Opened up on him with a Enfield, emptied the clip into him. He kept running towards me...and past me. After a few seconds his body teleported back to where I initially put a few first rounds into him. I don't think much can be done about this issue, it's something ARMA seems to always have and just have to put up with it.

Rather interesting method to go about it. Can see this working well if it's two field medics paired up doing this one to watch the gear you leave behind and spot for you as you head in to patch up the guy.
