Vilayer host is really great, but it got problem which is support, the support chat is bugged and I have been 1 week trying to contact them through it but no hope, plus at tickets it takes more than 2 days to catch up with answer.. And now I am having this problem, I purchased a VPS at UK London and I recieved a VPS at netherlands??? And they don't even have Phone Number! No way to contact up.

I am talking now to Jeremy, he seem helpful but he isn't for VPS's but gameservers, he is helping me a bit in my gameserver that I am hosting on my VPS .. which is really good, and I will be waiting for the VPS support team to help me about it :[

Luxembourg isn't related to Netherlands? Anyways, its not London and its far from london... like 500KM. And I am waiting at teamspeak, nothing :(..

They have location options, I choosed UK - London, why would they make me it at netherlands? And OVH (the company they get servers from) SUPPORTS that location, so I got no idea whats going on, never had that issue in any other hoster, I choose UK I get UK. Haven't seen the comments above me, um .. I am now on TeamSpeak and now I am waiting with other guy for someone and still none is there.. and I got 2 tickets, 1 from yesterday and 1 from today's morning (been over 12 hour) and there is no answer on any.
