If your looking for a server whatever you do, don't use Survival Servers. It's the worst experience I have ever had.

Yeah my database is fucked beyond recognition. The vehicles on the map don't even show up in the database. WHEN IS THIS GOING TO GET FIXED ?????? I'M TIRED OF PAYING FOR A SERVER THAT DOESN'T WORK. STOP UPDATING. I'm so pissed right now. Were talking days of no service at all. Now all the work the players did on the server is all messed up.

Which database are we using now ??? The ones with 2's or the regular ones ???

Helped me with my server not showing up.

Just received this after using the migrate link in tools, is this ok. Migrating Chernarus player info, stats, vehicles, and objects to new database.. What I did today while my server was down. I completely installed DayZ with Rmod and Beta Patch 98148 (The Newest Beta Patch. I also installed the latest version of BEC 1.46 and Anti-hax .8.2. We still don't have BEC 1.46 on a server I pay for and we also don't have Anti-Hax .8.2 When are you guys going to add these things to the servers we pay you for ??? Here is the Server I set up while I was pissed that the server I pay for is still not working. Solved. For those of you wanting to know how to have BEC automatically log you in to the Rcon on your server so you can automatically use the global chat channel without having to type #login Password. All you have to do is to download Anti-Hax and use it in conjunction with BEC. In the config file you set your Rcon password and it will automatically log you in to rcon every time you or one of your Admin's joins the server.

My server has been down all day. Are you guys still fixing everything or what ??? Can we get an update ???

Ok my setpos.log and setdamage.log files started recieving data tonight. You can and should place the setdamage.txt and setpos.txt files in your Bliss/Be folder.

We are seeing a high spawn rate of rare items on our server. It is causing major problems. Is there something wrong with the hive ? 4 pair of night vision goggles spawned in the barracks. I have been playing dayz for 6 months and I have only seen a pair of NVG's and now they are spawning a lot. The Svd is also a rare item and we found 3 in a short period of time. If I could get some clarification I would appreciate it. I just sent this off in a ticket but I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem with high spawn rates of rare items on a private hive ?

I had in a tciket about the Tools and this is what I got back. We are currently having an issue with the vehicle spawn tool and have disabled it until we can fix the issue. It will most likely be fixed today or tomorrow, sorry for the wait! If you have a private hive with phpMyAdmin you can choose to spawn in vehicles manually for the time being.

We desperately need New BEC update and Anti-Hax as well as the newest beta patches. We need the setdamage.txt and setpos.txt files in our BEC folder. I put the files in the folder but I don't think they work with this version of BEC. Can we get access to all our server files so we can just do this ourselves. I would be willing to pay more to have total access. It would probably save you guys a lot of time.

Thank you for the reply. Private Hive US 1108. We noticed that someone changed the name of the server and then it would no longer work. I'm sure that's not related to the problem but someone did something and now we can't log in, stuck on loading screen.

My server is stuck on the loading screen. My whole team is ready to play and now we can't even log on to the server. Really ???? I was playing earlier and everything was fine. Is something going on ???

502 Bad Gateway is getting ridiculous. I can't even do anything because of this.

No one is saying that your not busting your tails to get all this done for us, we get that. In your response though and how you are treating US the customer it is obvious that your new to running a business. If you continue to make us unhappy then you will not have any customers, so you may want to talk to someone about customer service or plan to do something else to make a living. The fact that there are so many complaints about your lack of response to tickets and starting servers just makes it seem silly that your even try to defend yourself by telling us how much your doing. Bottom line is your not making us happy with the overwhelming wait time to get a ticket answered. 2 posts from this one is another Customer who says you haven't answered his ticket in 35 hours. What world do you live in where you can tell the customer 35 hours is an acceptable time to wait for service ??? Stop crying about how much work your doing and get our tickets answered and give us what you promised. I believe on the first page it says something like BLAZING FAST. In my world the words blazing fast doesn't add up to 35 hours later. Everything else though has been great. You guys are by far the best providers out there for DayZ. Just hoping you will address the ticket problem.

Agreed. This is annoying when trying to admin the server. You keep having to refresh all the time just to get it to work. We also need an updated version of Anti/Hax and the latest Arma Beta patch which is now up to 98046. I'm very happy with what you guys offer but having options and having them work correctly are 2 different things. I'm willing to stay with you guys but you need to get things up to par. When I was with HFB my tickets were answered within an hour not 48 hours later. Telling us to wait because you are busy is not something a customer wants to hear. If your too busy then HIRE someone else to handle the tickets. I have mostly rented servers from Gamservers.com and they answer your tickets within the hour so you guys need to step it up in that department. Something you should definitely be doing is making an FAQ area so that we can find answers to our problems without having to create a ticket.While you guys were the first to implement all this stuff for rented servers the other guys are catching back up and when they do if the service is still subpar here when my server comes up for renewal then I will just take my server elsewhere.

Your not going to find those files by looking anywhere. You need to unpack some files to get to those files. There is a guide on my website in the DayZ forums for adding Buildings and Structures to your mission file. There is a link to the pbo unpacker in that thread as well. My website link is in my Signature. I have put a cool Admin Base on my server with working gas tanks and a water well. Look at the video on the front of my website to get a glimpse at what you can do with rMod and the ingame map editor.
