Really. You can't get over the fact that you can't eat beans in a vehicle. Who even cares ??? I really can't understand why people are complaining about this. It's a non issue for me. Get out and eat your beans already.

Vehicles are repairing themselves. I just landed hard in a helicopter and 10 seconds later it's magically repaired. When you get out of a damaged vehicle and back in the damage is gone.

What a joke. I made a post about admins having the power to admin their servers with the new Spectate Tool and he calls me a cheater and runs in here to make a post. Your a sad little man. I use that tool to keep cheaters off of my server. Sorry but I used to run a public server that got over run with cheaters. I had to shut down both my public servers because there was nothing I could do to stop the cheating. I love how you make this post with no proof. Why don't you come over to my server before spreading lies about me ?? I'm going to report you for lying. Just so your clear on this I hate cheaters and hackers and people that lie like you just did in your post with no proof you make accusations. You are just as bad as a hacker and a cheater.

Thank you for posting that.I'm just concerned with the direction that DayZ is going and I'm concerned that we the admins will be powerless to stop cheaters. I have been here from day one and I have suffered through running public servers where the cheaters ruined the game for everyone. I had to cancel my public server because every time we got a good number of people on the server hackers and cheaters would show up an wreck the server. So I'm sorry if for whatever reason that makes some of you act so shameful. I read the post and I like what Rocket said. I will say this though he clearly has not had this point of view all on his own . I have been around from the beginning and he was clearly against any admins having any powers and while that post is positive Matt Lightfoot says in the video that we will not need admin tools. I didn't say that, a developer did. I would agree that what Rocket says trumps Matt Lightfoot but clearly they do not want Admins to have tools they are just begrudgingly doing it. We the Admins need the tools because hackers and cheaters will ruin the game if we don't. For those of you crying about admins abusing their powers, Then just go play on a server with a good Admin. How hard is that.

I find it funny how all the haters in here assume because you have a tool to catch cheaters that you use it for a bad purpose. I never cheat. I hate cheaters. Try playing on a server where the cheaters rule and then you tell me what you would do ?? Instead of just wasting everyone's time in this thread please go bore someone else with our useless comments. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but your only going to get side channel on private servers. We have it activated on our server. Secondly, why would you want to play on a public server? Public servers are packed with hackers and cheaters. The only real option to play DayZ anymore is on a private server.

You can play on my Private Hive and not have to worry about any of this happening to you. We are not upgrading to 1.7.3 until were sure it's not just a buggy mess though. It's easy to downgrade in DayZ commander or you can just go to your @DayZ folder and extract the 1.7.2.6 files. If you play on a public server this is all your going to experience. Public Servers are dead except for Noobs and cheaters.

Yeah because your not getting abused now by cheaters and hackers. The joy of having dedicated servers is that you have a CHOICE weather or not to play on the server. If an Admin is abusing his or her powers then you can simply not play there. What choice do you have when playing on a public server with cheaters and hackers ??? You have no choice you just have to take it. If you choose to play on Venthos server you will be getting thunder domed and killed all the time or you can play on my private server and have a true gaming experience because I have the power to Admin my server. If you don't think it's true then hop on my server and talk to some people that play there. That's the real proof. All of my users are happy with me and my Admin team.

Then visit our server. It's a Private white listed hive but open during the day. We use the new released spectate tool to view people on the server so we can tell 100 percent if they are hackers and cheaters. We use the Spectate tool in conjunction with the map tool which is 100 percent fool proof. There is no Hack out there that can't be detected by spectating players and watching them. Exactly. Playing on public servers is a joke. If you want a cheat and hack free experience your only going to find it on a private server. Mine is in my signature. We ban and kick cheaters and we look through tents and cars and inventory to insure there is no duping going on and we use a spectate tool when all else fails to make sure cheaters are dealt with. You will never get that on a public server. The only people still playing on public servers are noobs and cheaters.

No I have Battle Eye fully working on my server. Maybe if you knew what was going on in the DayZ community you would have a clue. Obviously you don't have a clue. Battle Eye was consulted about the Spectate tool and they fully supported it. Oh Snap, what do you have to say now?? Please find me that report. Since the day I have played DayZ and complained about the lack of admin tools I have been told that there is no room for Admins in DayZ. Which has been substantiated by Rockets unwillingness to let public sever operators ban people on servers they pay for with their own money. Did you forget all about that ??? Rocket was forced to allow Private Hives because the hacking was so bad. Did you not realize that ?? I'm cool if there is a turnaround where the developers are now going to allow Admin Tools but maybe you should watch this video again and listen to Matt Lightfoot when he is asked about admins. The easiest way to downgrade is to go to your @DayZ folder. You will see .rar files for all the patches. 1.7.2.6.rar 1.7.3.rar Just extract the files into the @dayZ/Addons folder and you have downgraded in about 5 seconds.

Just Banned 3 cheaters. Spectate Mode is the only way to be safe against cheaters. If your server doesn't have spectate mode then your playing with cheaters most likely. There is no way to tell unless you have Spectate Mode.

We just added Spectate Mode to the Server. We can now view Hackers and Cheaters and Ban them. Even if they have hackproof tools. Cheaters and Hackers are now put on notice that there fun in the sun is over. I can't wait to start banning these people. : )

I finally had to terminate my services with Survival Servers. I would have to say they are the worst Server Hosting company I have ever used. Even when my server was working correctly the Tools and Admin Panel never worked correctly and still do not to this very day. Nothing like hackers on you Server and your trying to do something about it and all you see is 502 errors. For those of you that can run a server at home or somewhere I would suggest you go to http://www.tunngle.net/community/topic/88261-easy-server-installation-with-dayz-server-controlcenter-1726/ and download the control center and run your own server. It has all the features that survival servers offers and it's all on one page. You don't have to have 4 webpages open to admin your server and the Chernarus map looks amazing in this version. Check out my signature below. I set it up last week when Survival Servers couldn't seem to get my server working. It works great and I couldn't be happier. For those of you that are happy with admining your server by having 4 webpages open and constant 502 errors and 24 hours and longer for tickets to be answered, more power to you. Also for those of you looking to get your own server up and running I would make it a private white listed server. You will have a much better experience.

You can clearly see I created my service on the 2nd of October, which means my service should be good until November the 2nd. I terminated my recuring payment which has nothing to do with the month I already paid for. I am paid up unitil November 2nd. Just because I terminated my contract for recuring payments doesn't give you the right to close out my account with out reimbursing me for 10 days. I could really care less because you suck as server providers but to flat out lie and get my posts removed is just bs. If any forum moderator would like to contact me and see the full details of my dealings with Survival Servers I am more than willing to do that but to delete posts because a shady company doesn't want future customers to see whats really going on is really wrong.
