On the note of new weapons, i'd much rather see a considerably smaller parade of NATO weapons, almost all of them are US weapons to boot. New weapons do need to be added but civilian ones, Mosin Nagants, Winchester Hunting rifles in .308winmag, SKS for the low tier military weapon, make AK variants much more rare and half of them should be an AK-100series variant. More shotguns, almost all shotguns in the game are military versions of civilian weapons, most shotguns are civilian, militaries mostly use them in rearguard and clearing actions.

Stop fucking shooting everyone you see on sight, problem solved i've met plenty of actual survivors i didnt kill.

I've never witnessed this hypothetical despawn of loot on login, it just simply doesnt spawn it until someone approaches the area from further away, zombies spawn much closer in so you can easily have zombies spawn but no loot. I havent tested the actual range of loot spawning but its atleast 200m+

Certainly it cant always be super realistic but this is blatantly idiotic and an obvious design flaw easily corrected with fifteen minutes of coding. We had this happen to us on orange engine and we hit the smallest frigging bush thats still an object and it blew up.

Generally speaking i play where its disabled, means nubsies dont get lucky and they'll actually have to aim heh.

If you keep running fullspeed after line of sighting the mob it'll still hear your running steps. Crouch running after you get a little distance and line of sight the zombie is enough. Theyre a lot easier now, barns work quite finely for example, run through it then turn when outside the other side and crouch run away.

I tested in multiple scenarios, mostly in cherno area though due to the high amount of objects. Restarts between every setting change etc. Ever since i started using the optional settings my FPS has never dropped below 50.

The respawn timer would severely impact the scared cowardly survivor more than anyone else. It sure as hell wouldnt make me think twice about shooting the guy approaching my position without a way to avoid him seeing me. I generally avoid contact with most people, i rob people sometimes when im moving in a group, sometimes we outright kill them if the risk is deemed unnecessarily high.

Most bugs in software do occur on monday mornings and friday evenings, for obvious reasons. Company i last worked in never released a build on fridays, monday version isnt that bad since theres always tuesday.

NOTE FOR IGNORAMUSES: Some countries actually have ISP's that allow unlimited bandwidth, 100/100Mbit connections with no limitations (no hidden clauses either etc throttling and such). My second connection has a bandwidth usage of approximately 6-9 Tera Bytes per month regularly. I have no opinion of my own on should they allow home hosting or not but dont spread ignorant bullshit on the forums the internet is full of it enough as it is fucking tards. If you want service from your ISP demand it and cancel your contract if they dont offer the service you require, only morons pay for something that doesnt fulfill their needs.

Server is playing with 3-5 people on, admin kicking everybody else out of the game consistently. Not sure how long this has been going on but me and a buddy of mine got kicked nonstop for quite awhile and couldnt join later either. Time of occurrence is time of this post minus 15-30 minutes.

Quagmire propably got annoyed by someone asking a stupid question (yeah those do exist claims to the contrary not withstanding). The information requested can be found in a few hundred youtube videos and on the page that says download DayZ. Apparently some people cant tie their shoe laces either.

Obviously some form of bug, either on the servers end of not sending the data to the hive (database where everyones information is) or you joined a server running a vastly different version of the game.

Funny thing is i've found a hatchet that was already reloaded (ya ya i know..) but the other day i met two guys in electro supermarket at the same time, everyone was armed and nobody was killed. Were still playing as a group after that.
