I've just started playing dayZ today and I'm really struggling to stay alive. With no weapon at all i find it really difficult to actually stay alive and move from one area to another without a fucking zombie finding me and killing me. Is there any chance someone could join me in a game or even just give me some advice ?

You don't really make groups on this game. You just meet up with a friend you are speaking to over team speak or whatever you use. I'm in a group of 3 atm

That's some great advice thank you! :) I was wondering why people were looking at my post and not posting back haha. Is it true that if you go in the forest there are no zombies at all?
