The problem you have currently... is if you upgrade your video card (no idea what you have, you didnt post it above) then you're going to have a 'bottleneck' with your processor. Basically, that means your videocard wont be used at it's max capacity because it will be waiting on your processor. I would expect an increase in fps, but nothing spectacular unless you had the money to upgrade your processor to an i5 at least.

The hatchet reloading is because in the arma 2 engine there are NO melee weapons, so the hatchet is actually a ranged weapon that is reskinned with a very toned down effective range. EDIT: The stupidest thing about this game currently is the zombie pathing... but I can't really complain because the zombies are just reskinned animals with an AOE damage added to them... Maybe it will be cleaner in the standalone.

It's saved on the HIVE which is sort - of server side so you're fine to do your restore and not lose your character. You'll just have to make new binds. The character is tied to the cdkey, not a file.

Hit zelen supermarket maybe, then the barn on the northeast side of town for a possible shotgun or lee enfield. Then your best bet is probably starry or even the NW airfield (even though it's dangerous).

That weapon was hacked/scripted into the game. Congrats on killing a hacker (they're garbage scum, and suck dick at the game, hence why they hack), but I would do Chernarus a favor and put that gun on a zombie's corpse and then "Hide Body". Let's not get that weapon in the wrong hands again ay?

The zombie count is based on if a player is in a city/town or not. 1) Player walks into berezino, zombies spawn. 2) Player walks out of berezino, zombies despawn The number changes frequently. The reason the zombies arent in every city constantly is to reduce server load.

It really isn't that rare if you consider that each loot spawn has 2 to 3 items in it (mostly cans of course). So each loot pile there is almost a 1% chance of a ghillie or Camo. EDIT: I have looted 2 ghillie suits, and 2 camo clothing's in the past 24 hours. My friend found a ghillie in a random grandma house in mogilevka.
