I have an Intel® Q45/Q43 Express Chipset as my GFX card. I've tweaked alot of my graphics, but nothing really seems to help. Might i add this is my first PC bought Steam game, therefore, i am quite the noob at this.( By that I mean Arma II and Arma AO) Still Nothing.....Tweaked alot of my stuff, but it didn't increase anything, the game is still tremendously laggy and is basically unplayable because i cannot react to zombies or other players attacks, i cannot even scrounge for items because it's so bad :/

Please provide screenshots if possible: Massive lag until all settings are on the lowest possible, including visibility, and will still freeze up occasionally even then.
