Hey there, i was wondering if anyone wants a team to play with in Day Z, because i don't belong to one. I was thinking about creating a group chat on skype or something, Or joining a server with a TS3 or Mumble etc. If your interested post here with any ideas and add me as a "buddy" on forums. a few other things i should say are im not looking for the most skilled players, but ill fully welcome them. any age is ok, as long as i or others find you mature enough to play the game, im only 14 anyways, so don't feel discouraged to gimme a message or something. When i see an axe in a house backyard or something i cant seem to pick it up. it doesnt give me an option... Help?

I have been playing DayZ and i have been enjoying quite a bit but, i have only found one weapons and zero mags for it, so when will i be able to shoot something? i found a helicopter but no guns, is it just me or is that VERY unlikely?

I have been able to get DayZ installed and working but I cant get into servers, and i believe its because i dont have all the correct server mods. when i look at the list of mods the server has it says "arma 2 british armed forces" do i need this mod to play on that server? Because every DayZ server seems to have it. :@ what can i say, I REALLY want to play DayZ Atm and i wouldnt want to just give up. so any help is fine or any list of servers which use @DayZ and DayZ only.

I think im going to try installing without six updater/ launcher, i found a tut on youtube which seems promising.

I Have tried installing Day Z more than 7 times now and i have been having a whole bunch of bad results. I can launch the game with the mods no problem, but when i try joining server, i either can sent back to server list after loading occurs or the front page and sometimes the game just freezes. i run it through six launcher/updater and steam AND tried a batch file, but its all the same. Apparently, six updater is the "easiest" way to play DayZ but so far its been screwing me bad. Anyone know a way around these problems?
