On dayz commander on top right look for versions, click that, click check now and update everything that says out of date.

I agree to the above posts, setup is easy just use a launcher (Dayz commander is pretty good) to get in. -
Ahhh hackers can't succeed in the game so they cheat it. In a real life DayZ they would be screwed.

Your situation seems confusing, I'm not sure of dayz would work without the beta. I would delete the @DayZ folder in your arma 2 oa directory. Then download dayz commander and update. -
I found a DMR in a deer stand, you never know your luck.

Ok so I've have a small place with a couple of camps but I'm really paranoid about someone finding it and looting it. Whats the best way to set it up so no-one can get in?

-ON ME: AK74u kobra G17 1x canned goods 1x drink 1x morhpine 1x blood blag 1x heatpack don't really use chemlights/flares because I don't play in dark. IN TENT: Barrett m107 sniper (I think) (looted from a tent) M14 AIM loads of cooked meat

Seriously Dayz Commander is so much more simple than Six, you can add favourites, filters for servers and friends. Delete your @DayZ folder in the directory of ARMA OA, then open up dayz commander, click versions, update, double click on a server and you're good to go http://www.dayzcommander.com/

Quick guide :D, Delete your DayZ folder in steamapps, get dayz commander http://www.dayzcommander.com and your good to go.

This isnt a brag story but today me and my mate were looking for camping tents to set up a base (we have been looking for a while) but could never find them. That all changed when we must of been blessed or something. First I found someone's camping tent full with goodies, I took a barrett m107 from it. Then we found two camping tents in the store. After we found a heli crash site and looted some m14's. Such a great day when you have some luck.
