it's your baby core, not enough power & you need more ram 2gb is to small, win7 use alone min. 1.2gb, 800mb for dayz & other programs is to small i use a i7 4770k with 780ti, 32gb ram with dayz in ramdisk, 60fps+ ... but a good xeon e3 is better & cost ~160-200€

i have a amd phenom 2x6 1100t @ 3.4ghz (in 2 weeks i7 4770k) evga 780ti classified 8gb ram (in 2 weeks 16gb 1600mhz) samsung 840 pro 120gb and the SA run only with max. 15 fps of minimum!!!

you graphics card is not the best (but good enough for low-normal) & the core is a very old shit and limit the speed of your gpu! a newer core would good sry, my english is not so good :-) -
fraps is shit! to small adjustable settings! video fps sync sucks!

^you have a 60hz monitor, also sync Vsync to 60 fps :) -
downgrade your beta patch to ARMA2_OA_Build_94876.zip before go to your arma AO folder /expansion/beta and delete the "beta" folder, then install the beta patch
