    Strobe Effect

Had the same problem with my crossfired 4850s (up-to-date drivers etc.), crossfired ATI cards seem to be the issue. Did some digging on the internet and ArmA II seems to be the problem. Found a fix that has worked perfectly for me. Go to Documents>My Games>ArmA 2, open ArmA2OA.cfg in notepad and change HDRPrecision=whatever the number here is to either HDRPrecision=32 (which mine was defaulted at) or HDRPresicion=16 (which solved the problem for me). The post also suggested setting graphics memory to default but I didn't need to.

Go to Documents>My Games>ArmA 2, open ArmA2OA.cfg in notepad and change HDRPrecision=whatever the number here is to either HDRPrecision=32 (which mine was defaulted at) or HDRPresicion=16 (which solved the problem for me).
