Could i have 2 different characters without doing all that regedit stuff? If i buy 2 different copies 2 different accounts, 1 per account would that work?

Not really some player may do this but it really doesnt effect you. I know it would be gay but it wouldnt hurt you. Me aswell as many other just want 2 characters to play solo when friends are offline or for siblings to use.

I was thinking about using this guide i just had onequestion. Do i need to reinstall my Arma CO or can i do this with the version ive been using

You wouldnt mind explaining a bit more would you? This seems like what i wanted to do.

I guess i will just do the regedit way. I wasnt planing on using 1 account i was going to use2 but i guess since people are suggesting Regedit ill do that

So if i follow a guide and do this i can still use SixLauncher and all i have to do is double click the file?

Yea i've seen alot of posts but they all involve using regedit i dont see why that would be needed i dont want to mess with things i dont quite unserstand.

I wish it was that simple. Unfortunatly you cannot play 2 seperate characters that way.

Me and my friends have a little place we store our car and sometimes on the map, the car will show up all blue and be visible to everybody( We know this because our friend who has never seen the car came to us and said it was blue on the map, we were not in it). Now i know there is a set distance for people to see it on the map but we were wondering if anybody knew how far that range is. Is it just this server(only server ive had a car on) or is it the whole game? I'm not sure what to do or where to hide the car when we aren't on because i don't know if it will show up and somebody finds it because the map told them where it is.

I play on mostly Regular because i have friends that are new to the game so saying its for pusssies or wahtever is wrong. It's for people newer to the game so they can learn the map and such. No need to be rude and shove your preferences upon others. You do what you want i'll do what i want. :)

Me and a group of three friends were looting the military tents are Stary. I was looting the first tent and heard silenced bullets near me. My friend who was watching over for people spotted him and shot and killed him. I went to loot his body and found that he had a L85A2 AWS! I got really excited. I quickly picked it up and ran to the trees where my friends were in waiting. Suddenly my second sniper randomly died. No shots fired or anything he just died. Not long after my other friend who was looting with me died lying in the tents, again no shots, just died. I quickly left the server along with the remaining friend. We changed to another server to avoid dying randomly and all the loot i got of his body was gone even the gun i had dropped to trade was gone. After a quick discussion i decided to go back to the server to loot his body. When i came back he was alive with the gun i looted and killed me. I know for a fact that he was dead because i always make sure with another shot to the head and my friend got the murder for him. We are unsure the player name who we suspect to have hacked because there's no way they killed 2 of my friends with silenced weapons. They would of heard the ticks and one of them was prone in a tent he would have seen the player that killed him. The server was Seattle 135. The player we think we killed (not 100% sure) was "Maureece Blackson". The same thing happened yesterday at the airfield were we shot and killed somebody and they cam back to life. Is this a known bug/glitch/hack?
