The human element is flawed why do you think rules are in just about everything....should this have a ton of rules no...just saying when you leave something entirely up to the "Human element" well it usually ends up sucking sorry just fact look at anarchy... The game is anarchy.

I expect running through random forest areas to get to locations might prove to be deadly due to random traps.

Forcing PvP in a end of the world setting makes little sense since it's so open ended. I would say PvP players need to flesh out a few servers just for pure PvP play-style. Otherwise forcing players to PvP wouldn't be fair to people who do not want to play like that. I am a fan of PvP but in this game I usually try to avoid it like irl I would not want to take a chance of being killed unless a conflict was imminent. (small team wars on our servers lend to this for myself I avoid people 90% of the time unless I make dangerous supply runs. It works for my adrenaline.) As for the furry thing lol I really don't care either way I just say rediculous stuff for no reason.

Do you all only wear misfit gear?

I died in the NW airfield from zombies due to a bad cd key error making me degrade. Once my game was fixed (about 3 hours later) I went back and my body was still there with loot. (late play no one is on my server at 12 to 2 am really). Edit: Also I hide bodies when I am finished looting them. So often times a body can seem to vanish quickly due to body hiding.
