In an oddly related note. It seems (from me and my good ol chaps) that places like Cherno and Elektro are actually scarcely hit now a days due to the jokes and high initial death probability inside those cities. It feels weird with 30+ people on the server and going through Cherno seeing no one. (Stores, Hospitals, Apartments, Etc)

I once got Shoryuken'd by a zombie that flew up from under the stairs. Snapped my legs like twigs.

I was only half serious myself. I just wanted your attention. For god knows why. Oh I was. Doom, Castle Wolfenstien, Mortal Kombat, Nightmare on Elm Street, etc. All stuff I snuck to watch and play. It's a lot harder to trick parents with games now a days. No more sense of reward.

Murdered: 2 Bandit: 1 Assist: 3 I often play solo and avoid conflict in a lot of cases. Defensively over offensively unless as a group we go to raid an objective like the airfield or an enemy camp. Being a gentleman and all I try not to kill new or unarmed players when I can tell.

Actually they are not required to do anything of the sort. Especially since mumble/vent/skype and other programs exist. Often times a lot of players prefer a 3rd party program as well.

Vipeax My Good Sir, Is not the ESRB rating system there for the stores to help regulate game sales to minors to prevent policing by the government or state authorities and parental figures to understand what a game contains? As long as a parent approves or purchases a game for someone who is under the suggested age limits they can play the game correct? I'm not trying to be a collar ruffler I just want a gentleman's discussion. Young Rogues do often slip through this of course.

Another solution would be to make a countdown timer like you said. Make it for 30 seconds and any hit zombie or otherwise cancels the disconnect attempt and the process starts over again. ALT+F4 will still require the 30 second no aggro (hit or shots taken) before the character actually logs out. Worst case you have to go and get bogged down somehow and get hit multiple times but in most cases hunkering down until the 30 seconds pass should not be a problem. Waiting for the countdown lets you react if a zombie comes or someone shoots. Movement (walking not looking..) cancels the countdown as well. Edit: This is kind of how a lot of MMO's work with logging out. The safe zone thing could apply but there would be a problem with ownership for tent camps etc. An Alt+F4'er would just probably place a tent by them while they hide to pvp a spot or something of the sorts. I think 30 seconds would be good for anyone, not too long and not ineffectively short.

Some of the updates in the past month have wiped items inside of cars and tents.

If you go to Stary your gonna have a bad time~ - It's a risk. Like other places that often spawn high grade weapons a lot of predators go there as well as players looking for upgrades. Personally I went there only twice and both the last few days. Almost got killed but somehow made it away with 2k blood and no I did not log or DC the guy didn't chase probably. I find the Airfield to be better. Somehow I have yet to run into more than one player at the NW AF but he was a server hopper who tried to camp the north bunker.

I rarely encounter people. Even on a 40 pop capped server I go to the airfield and get a clean run. Which seems odd. I have fought several people and never seen a DC so far (which is odd I assume). My friend on mumble Alt+F4s and then yells at me to do the same so as to not "lose my gear" but that being lame I refuse and restart if I lose. nbd.
