    Theirs an easy way to do it that installs the game automatically and gives you a launcher too Install and play both games once, you only need to get to the menu then you can leave. Look up on google to download the Six Updater. Open up the Six Updater app when its installed and scroll down to the mods that start with "D" and find DayZ Right click DayZ and go down to Updater Actions and click Install or update mods Once it's done downloading open up the Six Launcher app (came with six updater its in the same folder) And you'll see DayZ with a bunch of servers to join right there to play when you want. Hope I explained it well

    Shoot on Sight

    I don't really see many players out in the wasteland but when I do we usually help each other out against zombies if needed, or we just move on. I will admit however that whenever I see a player and he see's me, I'm always watching him, never letting him/her stay out of my sight for too long. I would never shoot on sight though.
