I hope the SA makes all high end weapons inc Sniper rifles at chopper sites damaged. Do you know how much of a pain in the arse it is to Zero a weapon? It is not realistic to pick one up and just have precision every time. Running around falling all over and bumping into trees with no degredation to weapons? First find the weapon, Repair / maintain weapons and then use weapons always looking after them and Making sure they are useable all vhe time you have it on your body. Some of those facts will deter the non serious users of Sniper rifles.

You should as a player be able to do this yourself, giving you an issue concerning what style of camo you choose. Implications being how you gonna compromise on what style in what area? Weapon camo style will cover all weapons as a simple skin for each including pistols but the player has to find the materials for the desired effect. You are not gonna run through a town with forest camo, do you stick to one style or just change each time to fit your surroundings? I like a suggesion of the longer you sit in one position the longer you become one with the surroundings. You will be virtually invisible until you move. Weapon flash and scope glint could add so much in this respect by not making it possible to just sit and camp an area without a means of identifyling a potential threat.

No, this is a bad idea. Your as well asking for no hourglass screen, that way you are more immersed in the moment, not knowing how long is more realistic and will add to the tension of play, driving you out of your mind! You gotta love and hate this game!

A community as big as this one, Arma, DayZ Mod, DayZ SA, I doubt there will ever be a limited interest in the game. I never read Rocket say he would charge for maps, If the coffers are ever so low, I would offer money as a donation. I am looking into map making, I would not dream of asking for money for one. I would offer it for free, to Rocket or the general Community. Money is spent on server rental as it is. Player lifespan is limited by a host of conditions and new introduced factors of the SA (Disease Blah Blah Blah) BI are releasing the game and they are not going to run out of money any time soon (Contractual obligations met of course) Players do not live long enough to have a viable system where they may want to pay for anything. For me personally it makes no sense to pay for an item and them lose it. In game gangs are already there, all you need is TS and agree to meet and greet when in the same server, Communication in game is all it takes. Clans are gangs, there are a lot of them out there who do not want to be seperated by style and clothing. I read some of the General suggestions and find they are logical ideas and some of them should be in the game but, I would rather the ideas are stockpiled and released as an add-on pack. I would pay for this if it added to the existing game play. In fact i can see DayZ going down a long and profitable road in the future because the fan base will want new stuff all the time, Player choice in game extends the life of the product.suggestions on here are great and would fit the story and setting to a T. Crafting items in game would mean anyone could do this? why pay for it? The community to me is split as it is right now, Private v's Public hives. The only damage is control over the DayZ SA, private hives will still host the game no matter what Official servers there wil be when released. Look at the new additions the private communities are offering, more safer environments to play being one. You can play safe in a pass-worded server no need to worry about hackers no more meanwhile in the public servers they still run rampant. I could understand donations for this but not for virtual items in a game that should by default offer things as standard. This is, and will never be WarZ.

I'd sooner have a way of allowing other players to know I am a medic in game. A simple arm band with a red cross / crescent on my arm would be enough. You see me coming perhaps you would think twice about shooting me, you see I could be useful to you and of some benefit. I think players would think twice because your impartial. Now if you want full blood you kill animals and eat, this works fine. No need for single player blood transfusion.

I went on Google and typed upcoming zombie games, DayZ was one of the side links and I clicked on it, after hearing the guy scream and run like a derranged chicken. I knew. Immediately after seeing this I was downloading it and installing it. My first spawn was at night, near Balota. I was shaking when I finished. No game had ever done this for me in the past. I didn't tell my best friend, because he usually beats me at everything, So i hid the fact until he bought it. Imagine his surprise when I ran up behind him and shot him in his face Voip'ed him "haha silly bastard" He hasn't forgiven me yet!

Didn't Rocket say he wanted to streamline the animations and make performance better? I love the Mod and this would add so much more to the game, maybe after the release date? I do think this would add more complexity to the game where even one wrong move could be the end of life as we know it.
