Learn to crawl, It is under utilised by most gamers these days. It can get you in and out of some hairy situations. I hate it when players just run around because they can outrun the zeds, run and grab might work but your missing out on so much nail biting tension.

If your healing someone who is armed have them turn away while you do the repair work!! You'd be amazed how many people open up on you while giving aid.

So the best way to repair a chopper is to find all the right stuff and fix it with no short cuts! I wouldn't want a chopper half built with all the AS50's out there.

Does this cause laggyness by an chance when your observing players? I had a few occasions today playing on Active admin sites where my FPS became really laggy for a few seconds!

I have been playing on private servers today on the new (ish) Namalsk map, each time i died i was kicked from game due to titled restriction. Does anyone know what his is? I used search but it did not come up. Cheers

Hiding is the safest way to play, everyone is a murderer! I play as medic too, Been shot more times giving blood than i care to mention.

I don't like this map after some good hours in game. It's too bleak for my taste. I have found everything quite easily, guns , packs, food and drinks. All i need now is a shovel to fill my tool belt. Zombies are too deadly. It's cold and miserable. It's a dull and droll place to wander with no fun or colour anywhere. I hate it. I am now depressed and on medication. :P Nailed the DayZ experience.

You kill them! Or lure them to hills or buildings learn their mechanics and find weaknesses. Running around buildings so you lose their LOS (Line Of Sight) will more often than not help you lose them. Swimming into the rivers / sea will slow them down also. Piers are places where Zeds can't go, they will just walk around the perimeter. Best way to Kill them, they kinda stop chasing you after that. :P

I play alone, I usually play as Medic, Vehicle Mechanic or Taxi Driver depending on what map and only if they have side chat enabled. No side chat, and its just Running around enjoying he scenery.

I had just bought Sniper Elite v2 and just before I installed it. I read a forum somewhere after searching "zombie games" So Sniper Elite v2 still needs installing.

As I do most days I come across a crashed chopper, Find Bizon, Fal, D.M.R., N.V.G. problem is I just spawned and don't have enough space to take all the Good stuff. No sooner had I picked up the D.M.R. and N.V.G's and I had taken all the ammo of the other guns to piss off anyone who came across them. I am being shot at, I quickly run over the brow of a hill and there in front of me is a Tractor, In I gets not knowing if it required repair, no issues, chugs off in the opposite direction to the guy still trying to kill me. I get far enough driving like a twat on Panthera's roads, i decide to stop and check for loot inside the tractor, Everything to repair anything including tool box and jerry cans. there is the recess of the gear of the tractor I find a Satchel Charge. while all this is happening over head an Osprey is zooming around with 2 Hueys chasing around, firing wildly at anything including me. I heard also some rather loud booms too, god knows what that was. I was so charged i waited until i was sure i wasn't followed and logged out. Exhilarating is not the word, I need CPR. Today I was Rambo.

How do you broadcast the music, or it only over mic?

Downloaded from D.C. Installed no worries. While playing in came across a crash site where I found an Fal. No ammo so used it to deter any other players. When I found a crowbar I picked it up but it still showed my Fal, when swinging at zombies it was the rifle swinging and not a crowbar, the nv scope still worked on the crowbar. Couldn't find anything except empty cans and flares. The PVP on this map was mental, any means to kill and everyone was doing it. Not impressed on first play, but I will give it a few more shots!
