I found this out, but when going prone on a rock, cuts you up and breaks your bones (It was 3 weeks back I havent tried it lately) All i wanted was a good place to look from (I'm not a sniper - I can't shoot for shit) -

Adapt to survive, you know the scenario of how you get slotted!! Find other ways, eg. I rarely use supermarkets now when I can find ponds and animals

I update through Six Updater, then i also Download the beta patch and install. From there I use DayZ commander and put either the patch number or version number in the filter and log on that way. -

What net speeds you getting? Have you tried different servers? And like Death Magnetic said update your card drivers. -
Sorry but i dont understand why above my Avatar it keeps changing, You know one minute Woodland Warrior and then Mr Loverman the next?!?!?!? Whats the chain of command with this? how many levels is there? Can someone please explain?

Did you change the name extention? I read on here (Somewhere you have to add a certain line to the .exe as well as installing beta and updates? Have you done that part? Best host'S for me are U.K ones (I'm from here) a low ping helps also (I live in a house with 3 different connected apparatus so sometimes I get long log ons) In commander i use the filter, I put the patch number in and it will show you only that, but be careful as you need to have DayZ version also in order to get on.

Do as you wish but first find some barns and find a hatchet, then find a supermarket and find some matches, water bottle, map and knife, then find a sheep and make some steaks in the woods, Once you have a map and can read it you can find anywhere even if you walk at side of the roads. Have fun
