Has anyone seen any videos from the team making it or gameplay? A lot of searches for this brings up rehashed interviews and once in a while new screenshots!! I for one find this "game" a little too fishy.

Reading some decent posts for a change I'm not being negative nor do I want to highjack your thread but when have people made suggestions have any of them actually been used? Who took the idea and Implemented it? How did it change the Mod? I get the impression that the only times anything changes in this Mod is when the devs make a mistake, though I could be wrong, I don't claim to be an all knowing DayZ gaming god.

I'm afraid I'll need a bit more "pumping" before I play, I think I'll take a break from the game for a while.

A lot of posters have made some good suggestions on here, But then as you know some posters are fucktards and use their net trolling abilities to use. I Agree some people on here need to grow up and use manners. Bethesda? Please explain.

Hi, guys jus wondering what sound card you are using for playing wih DayZ, recently bought a headset and I am running my sound through onboard mobo. Its not too great! What soundcards can you reccomend? I'm looking at £100 ish. Cheers in advance. (Yes I do buy stuff all the time for worthwhile games)

Cheers for the reply's, Bought today a Xonar DG soundcard and some Roccat (I thought so too) Kave Headset, WoW, I can hear things in game I never knew where there, now i need to set up so i can chat in game!

Good stuff, I actually read it aloud in a Russian accent and it Brings it to a whole new level. How do you fancy doing a DayZ video and Voice over in said accent? Video and picture montage? You Have great potential! One small step with a Home video and next who knows!!

The NVG, Rangefinder and coyote backpack are the only items I have not aquired, Don't even think of moving them, Night time play is difficult without the tools.

I think this thread highlights a difference in player ability, I've never played COD or BF but I can imagine unloading magazines into players was common due to having no tactical ability. I use an M1911, I have a DMR and also a L85 AWS. the rifles are picking from scouting and serve no purpose to me (looking for survivors to give to give them to). I play the game good enough to be able to solve my problems. I've used most of the weapons in this game in RL, people get shot all the time to varying degrees. I have seen / heard people get shot multiple times and have it considered a great pain in the arse (Protected and non) In fact I dare say most of you would not be able to handle most of the firearms in this game anyways so you have no idea what your on about. Rocket said he was unaware and perhaps he will change this so relax, your playing a game. I enjoy the fact the Zeds are terrifying again, I wanted them to be a threat. What impression I get is it makes the game harder for the PVP players and benefits non PVP (Which I am pleased for) Read the forums, You CAN kill Zeds in the open quite simply but ability is gained through practice. You will have to adapt.

When this Mod started, people got together all the time, No player killing, No campers just good old get together's and running around surviving the mod. Now I only feel safe on my own. I can't commit to times and places, I have other things in RL.

Its a game, Instead of moaning about not finding them at spawn point A,B,C, why not go exploring? This Mod has so much to offer by simple exploring, Like a previous poster said, there are places to look for campsites and they rarely come without a vehicle nearby, Go and have some fun and (I'm not saying you are!!) enjoy the exploration of the game and stop camping. Hoarders make my skin crawl, I bet they are collectors of crap in RL.

That Tower was high, still trying to figure what pushed me. I wouldn't reccomend any new players going there till they been to Santa tower. This Mod plays with your mind.......... >:(

In the last month I have seen more people up there, more than over the NW (inc, sobor) Cherno and Electro are becoming quite, the players have to go somewhere. The supermarket and flat complexes are deadly places in Berezino. You have been warned.
