Hi Bell Pepper. I was watching the files as the hack was happening. As you are probably aware by now its pretty hard for admins to find out what is going on as some of these scripts hide themselves as ligit scripts, However. BE does keep a record of these scripts and they are more than certain to get a global ban on the next update. As you were aware i restarted the server and as soon as the restart happened someone added a script. I was able to detect this as it was a #49 (accessing server control) as soon as this was logged the choppas and cargo spawned, i did another restart shortly after this to remove those items. They are not hardwired to our map so dont worry! it doesnt work like that, it just so happened the script was executed on the next restart/ I/We are always looking through the logs, i have spent more time watching them in 2 windows streaming live to catch these children than actually playing now. We are implementing some more info on the servers in the next few hours that will illiminate this further, its a work in progress for us admins and i am happy spending the time checking log files live to make sure you guys have a good game experiance. So i appologise for the inconveniance that this has caused you and everyone else but as time goes by we are slowly getting on top of it. If you have any issues in game please feel free to hope in our TS chanel. I am Here most of the time and have players in here giving me real time info on these exploits. But rest assured there Day Z playing days are soon to end! :)

I understand your fustration Paranoid, but please read Rockets post before posting your complaint. "HE Has Nothing to do with you being banned, Its Battle Eye. The poor bugger has enough on his plate at the moment and his long dedicated hours of providing a game free to the community has been sabotaged by a bunch of narcissistic kiddies! and there scripts. You must also understand this is a Simulation, and i emphasis simulation and not a game as it was originally designed for the military and not the gaming community, so was therefore designed on the purpose to be modded. So to put the blame on Rocket for hundreds of hours of dedicated work to put a selfless smile on your/our faces is pretty damned unfair considering the engine he has to work with, quite frankly i think hes been a bloody hero to the gaming community for doing this! (Typical of kiwis! being one myself). Yes mistakes are made, yes decissions will be right and wrong but just shows that we are still human. What is wrong is those that get the kicks out of seeing others in missery, and the best anyone can do for his bloody hard work is to support him a little more rather than go for his jugular when something doesnt work out right for you! I am also an admin of a server and literally as im typing this im watching in real time the logs on our servers as our servers have been hacked 3 times in the last 4 hours with nukes, planes etc. My time spent (18 hours of the last 24) to make sure people are enjoying themselves. Why bother you say! Well thats because its the kiwi mentality, we dont give up! So please post your complaint to Battle eye and let rocket get on codeing to put the selfless smiles on everyones pork chops!

Yes Definetly hacked! As most people are aware there is a problem with people using scripts. I'm sure in tiime this will be addressed to the best ability "Rocket" and the team can achieve. With the limited (almost none existent) admin tools, admins are forced to look through Gigabytes of text which can take hours on end. However We here at Seattle 100 are fine-tuning a few tools that can search and find these scripts almost instantly therefore illiminating a majority of adolescent kiddies to the ban folder. Just like with this beta mod, its work in progress for the admins to effectively find there own tools for illiminating the muck in this simulation. We have at least the tools to find more than enough information on the scripts there using and other information that can put them in a whole world of hurt! So be warned if you try any scripts on our servers they can and will be traced as logs are now checked daily thanks to a dedicated voluntary team of members. Even though some may sneak through during the game. expect a ban within 48hrs!
