I raid Berezino with my mates once a week. We fill our backpacks to the brim with Morphine and Blood bags not so much Epi-Pens though. -

1. Yes they will always spawn near you. 2. No you can only store items in tents and vehicles. If you leave it on the ground it will depsawn.

The servers your trying to play on might not be updated to the latest version you are playing on.

They have been removed due to desync problems. They will be added to game later on I hope.
