My partner and I made it to the Northeast airfield, after several days of wandering around semi-aimlessly. When we got the the first hangar, we chanced upon a lone survivor right outside the door of the hangar. All parties identified themselves as friendly. After we lose track of the lone survivor, we decided to get out of the area. Too much chatter about locations to make us feel anywhere close to comfortable, or as close as one can get to comfortable. My partner and I head out the hangar and start dragging ourselves on our bellies back to the trees. Almost to the treeline, we spot 2 more survivors with their backs to us. We say nothing as to not attract attention, though we could have taken these 2 easily. The 2 identify themselves as friendly with the caveat of "just don't come near us", which is more than fair. During all this, a second survivor has joined up with the lone survivor from the airfield. Me and mine head into the woods, giving the second group of survivors a wide berth, and decide to check out the nearby dam. Partly there, the second group we encountered both die. They claim it was lag and zombies, but my group did not want to find out. So we head to an area I will not talk about. This made for one of the tensest play sessions that I have had to date and not a single shot was fired. Thanks to Kevin, Langes, Irish, and Brandon for the fun and for not shooting.
